No. If they want to do the trade then it will say "This trade will put the Kings over the salary cap." "Not interested" happens before they even look at salaries. You can match the salaries up perfectly. They won't do it about 98% of the time no matter what.

I still love the way Madden uses there trading system this year. It also bothers me that the CPU will say they don't want to deal with draft picks. Oh well, I'll retuen this game when ESPN will be release. This will tie me over for a while.
