what is up with this? you take a shot and half the time there is a fastbreak and my man is nowhere to stop the play, also how many buttons do you have to use to drive past somebody without using the hop button? does anybody know.

yeah the fastbreaks are a pain in the butt. I guess the only way to try to stop *some* of them is to immediately sprint back with the player farthest back by pressing L2 first the staying back, right after you take your teams shot. It's worked only a tiny bit, but when they attempt the fastbreak, 90% of the time it's unstoppable, it seems as if the computer gets a 50 foot headstart no matter what or they get this energy burst out of nowhere. -

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post">This is why my copy is going back when ESPN Ba sketball comes out.I also hate the fact they don't call reach in fouls enough when playing online,if you constantly reach in every time I'm dribbling ,fouls should called 95% of the time,but you just get bumped around maybe next year EA.

I loved everything else about the game but this fastbreak bs is killing me. I can see if you're chucking up three but it happens after almost every missed shot. it's becoming a joke.Comment

It only happens to me against running/fast break teams. Player leak out on every shot regardless of the rebound. You either have to send somebody back with them or get the offensive rebound. You just have to know who you are playing against because every team won't do it as much as others.Comment

Try calling full court man-to-man. This will help some, but will not totally rid the game of the problem.
