I find that I miss quite a few alley-oops per game and for the most part they are uncontested ones. Does fatique play a part in this or something? Thanks in advance for the info.

I guess my answer would be...WHY ARE YOU ATTEMPTING SO MANY ALLEY-OOPS PER GAME?NBA 2K18 ratings for several seasons generated from advanced analytics using the SportsCrunch system:

Re: Does ANyone Else Miss ALOT Of Alley-Oops?
Maybe I should have been more clear, sorry. I'm not saying a attempt like 10 a game or anything, more like 3 or 4. Now of these 4, I make like 1 of them. Now for the most part the ones I do miss are when my CPU teammate is wide open and not being guarded. I'm assuming fatigue has something to do with this because I see no other reason for Tim DUncan to miss 3 wide open alley-oops.Comment

Yep. I'm not trying them with Devin Brown or Sean Marks or anything.Tony Parker's passing ranking can't be that bad surely.

Re: Does ANyone Else Miss ALOT Of Alley-Oops?
fatigue could play a part in it...also timing and distance, like if you try from half court they dont have a greater chance of catching it, and when you say they are uncontested do you mean no where is near the dunker?? b/c sometimes they miss if someone is near them but dont jump, or if someone is under the basket. Also depends on who you are throwing them to....I dont know of any really good dunkers on San Antonio..Duncan or Ginobli maybe. I wouldn't expect Bruce Bowen or Rasho to connect on many though.Comment
