Re: NBA Live 13 strategy fail or smart?
But they need to have a very very good game to reestablish the Live brand. ALso remember we are in the "give me it now!" society where if it isnt good NOW, it rarely gets another chance....and thats with everything.
Even if they have a solid foundation to work from after this game, assuming it does release, they still have a very large climb uphill to even get to respectable sales, let alone compete with 2kComment

Think about this making people wait builds anticipation. It doesnt even matter if it is good or not if it is goo the fact that you waited to see it and then they showed it and it is good so close to release date you will buy it NBA 2k might have came with the announcements too early they pump you up and make you waitComment

3 years straight. We typically always get to year 2 of the 3 year plan. Let's see them actually complete a three year plan first.

In order to hide something and build anticipation, people have to give a **** about what you're hiding first. Only hardcore bball game fans even have an interest in what Live is doing this year or that they're even "coming out" and with all of 2K's news they're giving less of a **** everyday. The object of building anticipation is to feed very small samples to whet people's appetites. Live is failing even at that because they're not feeding anybody ANYTHING.Comment

Re: NBA Live 13 strategy fail or smart?
I question as well why so many come here to rip and complain about lack of info...competition..interaction...the crap...the fools....Hate=love.. It's like you are all from single family households and just want your daddy(Live) to come home.Comment

Re: NBA Live 13 strategy fail or smart?
Nobody offended me. And I don't know where did you see I was offended
Not at all. My point was that EA's not saying anything at all, but you (or we) are still talking about Live. Even if we don't know anything, we speculate.
It's not the first time that you missunderstand something I say, and I can understand it, since I know that I don't speak english very well, but seems like you think that I'm a live fan or something... Maybe because I said that I want them to release the game... I don't know, but if you really think that, you're wrong... Now post some gif or cool pic. Back in the day, it used to be the trolling game. At least now it's funnyComment

Re: NBA Live 13 strategy fail or smart?
I think EA hit the panic button too quickly after Live 10, and it was the one game that had a heading and a possibly bright future. Elite, while ambitious was too large of a change in too little time, yet they were still willing to sell it to us...had that demo not dropped, think how pissed off EVERYONE would be.FEAR THE DEER!Comment
