Nobody's done a shot stick like elite did.
Ignite is not a buzzword. It's the engine for all ea next gens.
If you are expecting some epic fail from live this year I think you are mistaken. The game will be released. The news has been nothing but positive. The head guy from 10 is in charge and since I prefer the live gameplay over 2k I'm hyped for its comeback and whatever they want to call their tech is fine with me.
What I don't get is why people constantly come to the live boards to rip on a game and the people that enjoy it when they never even liked it before or prefer 2k outright.
King already hit on Ignite. Why do you need to name a set of tools and functions!? It's a marketing ploy. Again:"liquid AI"? It's been 15 years and we STILL don't know what that means.
*I* am not expecting ANYTHING. As I said, I'm holding my opinion until I see more. I don't care what they call their tech. I have no doubt the game will be released. What makes you think otherwise. As for news being nothing but positive: well previews are always slanted to the positive at this stage. But you are choosing to ignore the bad reactions to the early pre rendered trailer I guess. I'm not surprised. You're critical of those that do the opposite of what you do. I'm sure you are right: some people won't give Live a second look. Again, don't pretend that they don't have tangible reasons not to trust EA. There is more justification for them than folks in your position, honestly. Faith and loyalty is admirable. But faith in a bride that left you at the alter multiple times would be considered sick.
I don't get why people have to be accused of ripping a game just because they refuse to do backflips to buzzwords and hype.Comment
