Sorry EA, but I'm not convinced that this is the best you could put out with the time you guys spent making Live 14. 2K looks miles ahead in terms of utilizing the hardware and they even put out a current gen version. I expect something big within a couple of years or it looks like more 2K domination in the virtual basketball world.

its sad isn't? How can anyone be an apologist for this game? Essentially giving EA a bailout package. If ea just happens to drop a multibillion dollar license, I'm sure some other prominent Video Game company will pick it up.

Will wait to see when actual gameplay videos are out.

I think it helps that I already have 2K14 for PS3 and with the deal where you can get it on NextGen for only $10 I may pick up live. I definitely would not pay full price for both but only 10 makes it easier to.

Wrong, it is. You need the ps3 game and when you pop it into the PS4 it allows you to download the digital version for the upgrade fee.

29th over here in the Netherlands and I've already preordered 2K. But I don't 'hate' live or anything..don't really like EA though. But if I like the game I'll pick it up eventually.

And three year plan bothers me...pes started over, and their game was 40 $.

Pre-ordered and will stay pre-ordered. Will be getting both but 2K has been unbelievably stale to me since 2K12.

Not anymore. Was going to get both, but these screens and trailers have done nothing but change my mind. If I can pick it up for 19.99 i'll give it a shot.
