I've played ball and scrimmaged with guys at every level...I'm aware of the difference between a regular joe and a world class athletes...even with that, they aren't out there phasing through people....being a professional athlete doesn't exempt you from the laws of physics

lol at phasing thru guys. thats all i was asking. are we sure what We THINK is occurring is occurring? there's another reason i ask. WHile playing pro am. When i go hard to the rack. and the better paint defender or even the better perimeter defender that wont let me just run by him. I FEEL the collision. even if i end up making the shot/dunk. i still feel something. only when i BLOW by a guy and have a clear lane do i not feel something.

So it makes me wonder. when i'm playing defense am i correctly in the guys way like i think i am? or is it that i cant see for sure because the camera angles arent good enough to get me close enough to tel without completely killing my view of everything else.(which is why i like some of 2k cameras better)

OR, are you right and they are phasing thru HUMAN defenders only?

OR does the phase thru happen vs cpu and human defenders?

Is it more or less collision due to the other guys defensive ratings? I asked this again because while playing pro am. i've noticed the better defenders i play. the more collision i feel in the paint. even when i make a shot.

now that aint realistic because like you said physics is physics. it can be a 8 year old kid in the way. he's still in the way and should produce some bump vibration in the sticks and a slight bump in mid air to move the guy a bit.

I been playing (Pro Am) for a few days and have never seen ANYONE take a bank shot, or use the glass... except on 'put backs' & layups directly under / or in front of the rim.

      (Not even the CPU. smh.)

Is it just my imagination? lol

If anyone knows how to (intentionally) shoot a bank shot... Lemme know. Thanks in advance. Lol.
Bingo. this is whats missing. i knew it was something. i ran a nice pick and pop and wanted to hit that glass. but couldnt do it. so is it possible?

i do know i finally got a tip jam by timing it just right. funny thing is, i have NEVER gotten a tip jam in 2k with my super maxed out my career player.
