Andrei Kirilenko has one of the fasted hands in the NBA, that's how he is able to block/steal with ease and is often called the "catman".... but his quickness is at 60. And Raul Lopez, who was often compared to Tony Parker in Europe before he got injured, is a much better shooter, dribbler, he is faster, and much more aware offensively/defensively than EA Sports give him credit for. Sloan would close the games with him instead of Carlos Arroyo, so I don't see why he is rated so low.

And I think EA just threw in some numbers for the rookies.
