has anyone here blown out the CPU by more than 20 pts? on all-star level. I don't even think its possible unless all your 5 starters are 7 footers (point guard at least 6'8) . i've figured out that height is the only thing that could stop those stupid in your face jumpers by the CPU. so if an oppent's PG is burning you, just put a quick small forward on him. that should shut him up.

I n general, close games are good. however, i miss the feeling of blowing out your opponent from time to time. gives you a feeling of superiority.

SOmething's wrong when you know you've played the perfect game with a very strong team and you only beat the lowly bobcats by just 3 points. EVery time you play them.

Difficulty should vary depending on the team that you play against. If they have the ability in real life, then it's ok.

My point is, It's ok if i was playing the LAkers and Kobe was hitting those crucial shots and he refused to lose. But a sucky team like the Bobcats shouldn't always be able to come back.

I do agree that this is better than what we had last year.

You really shouldn't blow out the CPU by more than 20 points very often. The Indiana Pacers (the team with the best regular season record in the NBA) only had 9 such victories in 98 games last year.

Can someone explain that? I felt as if I couldn't dunk anymore with a big lead so I just took the close jumper, which went in.
Something tells me the problem is with your settings and not the game. There is no way you should even *have* 6 straight fast break dunks with no one around in one quarter with the same player.

The worst team in the NBA last year was the Orlando Magic. Almost half their losses were by 10 points or less. 20 point blowouts in the NBA are rare. The Magic lost 61 games and only about a dozen of those were by 20 points or more.

It's entirely possible to blowout the CPU by 20 with slider adjustments if that's what you want to do.

I haven't seen more than a few missed dunks in any game, let alone 6 in one quarter by one player as some are claiming. Maybe I have good settings?

If you're having missed dunks, just change the slider to 90-95% which is what it would be in real life, but I've had 2 missed dunks in 5 games, so I really have no complaints about it being at 50.

Also I haven't noticed the catchup, I've beat the computer by 15+, and I've also lost by 10 in one game, so I don't know
