My goal was to reduce the amount of perimeter block shots and it helps a lot. I had to lower the shot blocking for all PG's, SG's and SF's to zero and then assign Defensive pressure to Low during games I play and the sapcing plus the lower shot blocking allowed guy's to get shots off much better without that damn unrealistic blocks on jump shots every time.

You still see a few because of height advantage by certain players like Peja, Josh Childress or T-Mac but reduced that problem aswell somewhat by lowering jump rating's by 10-15 points. It really doesn't effect those types of guy's dunking ability anyways but it sure as hell helps to prevent them from blocking every damn thing outside because they are taller than their man.

I believe someone attached a link of my rosters over at the roster thread it saves time if you can download them.

Thats correct it has to be done before a season/dynasty game. They can't be saved to carry over to the next game. If EA had included this like March Madness 2005 or Madden 2005 in those games Live would be much better.

It's annoying to have to do it before every game but hey once you see Miami pounding the ball down low to Shaq every time or Seattle running those Motion plays and Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis coming off those high screen pop's to launch a three it takes the frustration away :30 seconds into the game.

can you direct us to the post, or do we have to go thru all the posts in the thread. I have some of the plays, but not all of them. BTW, GREAT job. I use your sliders and am editing the players bit by bit. Do you play on XBOX?

I'm going to update Offensive Quick Plays to reflect trades.

I also tweaked a just a little since the playoffs are coming up. I will put the added plays and sliders that I adjusted on the same page.

I think Warriors fans will be really happy with the Quick plays have designed for Davis, Richardson and Pietrus who will thrive in his 6th man role off the bench.

I should have this updated in the few days. Some teams might not change for example Miami but I did find the best quick play for certain teams to help reduce amount of three-point shots attempted. For instance any combination of plays used with basketcut will help reduce amount of long range shoot's and get more mig range jumpers and drives involved.

                          Playmaker,

About how long on the play sets will it be. Not trying to sound ungrateful, but your settings and play charts saved Live this year.

I have about 14 teams left. I should be done by end of the weekend. I didn't forget you guy's. I'm going to be actually starting my playoffs in season mode so some of the sliders have been tweaked to emulate playoffs style basketball. I tried to make it tougher defensively but bot to the point where it kills the flow of the game.

Mostly tried to make the game have that playoff type feel meaning slower game pace to put more emphases on halfcourt game offensively/defensively.
Should result in tough low scoring games that reward teams that get to the rack and make jumpshooting teams live or die by outside shot.

Re: ALL-STAR Sliders for Press Box CAM (with CPU Shot Control)

Ok I had to basically go back and delete the original post regarding the OFFENSIVE PLAYBOOKS. I decided that after running a few more test that EA just basically dropped the ball on this and the CPU would run that they play to often. It became to predictable so I suggest that everyone leave it on DYNAMIC and let the CPU cycle through the QUICK PLAYS.

The QUICK PLAYS is the best option because it runs 2-3 set plays and mixes them up very well. I still left the best plays for each team under this option which takes advantage of each teams GO TO GUY's. Some teams actually have plays for more than 2 offensive options so enjoy and have fun.

Anyone that needs help with a specific team or would like a suggestion regarding different plays you might want that team to run let me and I'll throw so more plays at you to substitute for that team.
