How is the create a player? It needed work last year. Are you given better player faces, skin textures, shoes, hair, etc...?

Re: New ID 2004 preview
You know, since you guys have been so welcoming to me, I can't go without giving you your requests. So here are screens for both the create a player, and dynasty modes.
The build kept crashing on me in create a player, so that tells me they're not done yet.
Note for Moderator: If this is too much and you need to delete this post, I can replace it with links instead.
I'll send you all the links to my updated video posts next week.Comment

Re: New ID 2004 preview
I think the AI in ID 2003 did a great job when it came to adjusting their shot. For both the user and the AI itself. It's controlled I think by the blocking slider. The higher the blocking slider, the more blocks, the fewer shot adjustments. ID 2003 didn't do it manually but they did have it.
As for whether ID 2003 was the only one with a charge button, it was not. NBA Live 2003 has it as well. And I think I read the new Tip-off Tuesday for NBA 2k4, that also says you can manually take a charge against a player.
In ID 2003 you could pass out of jumpshots, but they weren't very effective, and it looked VERY ugly and unrealistic, IMHO. But I'm hoping it's still there, just more refined. As for passing out of layups, it doesn't happen often in the NBA. Most times you'll see a player drive and draw the defense, THEN kick it out. A lot of times if a player wants to show off or something, he'll pass out of a layup. It'd be cool if ID 2004 could do it, but only with the good passers who are more athletic, IMHO.Comment

Things like what?Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment
