That's it, I have to pass on Inside Drive this year as I cannot stand Kevin Callabro or however you spell his name as a play by play announcer. He is better suited for NBA Jam or another over the top arcade game. I want to hear actual NBA announcers. I don't care how well a game plays, if the announcers are terrible and annoying, I will never be able to finish a game more or less an entire season. I guess that leaves me ESPN Basketball and the ever so wonderful ISO plays

The commentary is so annoying. I would think that they would change it but they didn't. And the players are still ugly. Not as bad as live, but way worse then nba2k4.Originally posted by BlzerComment

Wow, that's just a terribly pointless clip. Shows really nothing about the gameplay, just lebron going at mcgrady and mcgrady going at lebron. It looks like it's a two-player game and both of them just SUCK!
As for the commentary, it's admittedly stale, although I don't find the voices annoying most of the time. Sometimes, I do, but I feel that way with all the game announcers I've heard. Some fresh content would be nice, preferably more insight into the game from quarter to quarter and stuff. Still it's not enough to put me off ID 2004. I'm about gameplay first, and unless the gameplay sucks this year, I do plan on purchasing it when it comes out.Comment
