    "No-shot" shooting foul animations
Add animations of "no-shot" shooting fouls. These are the so called shots where there isn't really any kind of shot but the player is in the act of shooting so he gets FTs. No shot attempt is marked in the stats.

And make these fouls frequent cause you should see "no-shots" 6-15 times every game.

      CROWD NOISE

this really pissed me off today. I was playing against the Cavs, and Bender had 16 of his 20 points in the 2nd qtr. I pulled Bender for Artest, and if this would if happened in the NBA (HUGE IF) Bender would of gotten a standing ovation. Instead, he got maybe 1 fan to clap for him.

THis needs to be fixed, esp if one player, eg a T-Mac or Kobe, is carrying the team for a given time

            ALSO ROOKIE DRAFT

Why do the games created rookies suck so bad. I hope HV is doing something about htis, cause even the ROY winner in my franchise is averaging 1.5 PPG. Thats just plain sick

I think the rim physics are pretty good. You can already practice free throws.

I would like to see better fastbreak AI (the Nets should be very hard to stop on the break as they're very efficient with their passing on the break, especially Jason Kidd). I'd like to see those clear-path fouls, as well as better blocking/charging fouls. I'd like to see players stepping up to take the charge or block foul in the paint, when a player's about to go for a strong layup or dunk. I'd like to see another button used for dunk/layup instead of a close range shot, so that way the gamer can be punished (by being called for the charge if a defender's in front of him) or rewarded for his aggression.

As for Kobe Bryant being on the cover of the next ID game, I hope not. I hate that guy. Maybe Lebron, Carmelo, or Marbury.

                              Freestyle/isomotion/total control shooting
or whatever you wanna call it.

You do the aiming. Bank your shot at will. Look at the basket from the players perspective!

This feature should be able to be disabled for "arcaders",
but for "simulationers", its a cool idea.

It may be hard to do at first but should become second nature.

What it is, is - You control the accuracy of your shot but based on player ratings.
The shoot button is assigned to R trigger and the turbo will be R2 (or a face button for XBox, but may not work too well).

To layup or dunk, hold turbo and press R.

To fake a shot, let go turbo and tap R.

To shoot (heres the cool part), hold R and player will square up or look at the basket if at low post. (Before I explain how to shoot, let me put in your mind that there will be a trasparent backboard and basket at the top of the screen. There will be two transparent basketballs near the bottom of each corner of the backboard. This icon will represent the board and basket)

To shoot, while R is held, move the left stick (to control the left basketball) and the right stick ( for the right basketball) and put the two balls together into the basket. Let go R. If you don't let go R in time, the balls will drift down and away from the basket. Now, the shooting animation begins right when you move the sticks.

The transparent icon will always be there. If you're closer to the basket the balls in the icon will be closer to the basket, thus making it easier to aim. If you're far away, the balls will be spread out to each bottom corner of the backboard. The balls move closer and farther away from the basket as you move closer and farther.

The balls will be smaller and harder to connect with the basket if the player's shooting is bad, and bigger if the shooting is good. If someone like Shaq is near the basket, the balls will be bigger than if he is out of his range. So the balls in the icon will be moving closer and farther, smaller and bigger depending on who you are and where you are.

To bank shots, just connect the balls to the area of the backboard you want to bank from.

All this time I've been explaining the shooting from the front of the basket. If you move around the basket, the transparent icon will rotate according the your position. So if you're shooting from the side, you will see the side of the backboard an basket. You will also see the icon tilted up (or back a little), how much depends on the height of the player.

The icon allows a sort of 1st person view.

If you made it this far, thanks for reading.
