Whoa I just looked on my hard drive and I have 5 saved legacies

Went to the oldest one, which hasn't been touched in 2 years, loaded it up and I actually remember some of the guys on my team. I'm Oakland at the start of the 2015 season, my 4th with the school after spending 4 years at UNC Greensboro. For the heck of it I'm just going to go ahead and pick up where I left off and make this my official current legacy. Last season was a 23 win NIT season, let's make the dance this year!

hahaha Yea I have a ton of "experiment legacies" where I would try random things. But I have like 4 legacies in rotation that I will play at random times

That's probably why I never got to playing my legacy that I post on here

At Michigan, and we are now in the elite 8! We received a #2 seed even though we were bounced in our first game of the big 10 tournament. We beat Montana St by 25 but we started off slow, then we beat the defending ncaa champions Arizona St in the second round in order to get to the sweet sixteen. In the sweet sixteen we faced an 11th seeded Arkansas razorback team, and we man handled them to get to the elite 8.

          Alright.

Just starter a new closed dynasty with Tennessee state and fair to say its going pretty terrible atm im 0-5 had such a rough start to a schedule if i ever seen and the team sucks. I cant stand playing with undersized big men at C its not my style i have some 6'9 dude manning the middle against the likes of Cody Zeller

hopefully i get the ball rolling with some wins today

8-2 in my last 10 with my Duke Blue Devils. 6-2 in the conference. Ranked #6 in the country. Just beat unranked Miami by 20.

This is still the best game that I own...... by far!

I have to restart my legacy since my Xbox died and I traded it in for a PS3.

I tried custom training, but it was too time-consuming to manually set each player's training individually. I think I will just leave the training on default this time.

Time to ressurrect the old UNLV/Arkansas/Loyola Marymount teams of the late 80's/early 90's.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

We got put out in the elite eight, and now in my fourth season at Michigan we recruited well again with the #18 player 6'5 215 pound 78 ovr rated Amien Montgomery, and 6'11 78 ovr rated C Eugene Bender. We had to red shirt Amien because we are loaded at SG this year. Amien has 96 speed and a handle of 81, he also can pass and could play the point guard position in the future.

I found Amien during the ABL season when I was playing with his team while I was recruiting another player, and he was blazing fast, and very dominant, his weakness is his shooting. He is like in the mid 60's with his three pointer, and in the 70's with his mid range shot.

We are currently number 4 in the nation sitting at 5-0. Indiana is currently number one in the nation.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

Started a closed legacy with Florida Gulf Coast, had 2 losing seasons. 3rd season I had another losing season however won the conference tournament and made the NCAA tournament as the 16th seed, losing to Arizona who ended up winning the whole thing. Even though I ended up with a losing season they renewed by contract, no mid-major job offers though so I stayed at FGCU.

4th season was a turning point, I had 2 players come in as transfers however they couldn't play that season. One was an SG rated 76 and the other was and SF rated 78.. for a small team this was great but I had to wait another season for them to come in. I broke even that season, winning the conference tournament again and making the NCAA tournament, losing in the first round again. Team was carried all season by my center, a 3 star 7'2", 250 pounder named Samuel Steele. 18ppg and 7rpg.

5th season was a golden season, could not have asked for better. Steele was in his SR year and improved again and my two transfers were finally able to play now rated 77 (SG) and 81 (SF). That season I only lost 5 games. 4 in the regular season and 1 in the NCAA tournament. I had 27 wins, winning the conference title, the conference tournament, conference player of the year in my 81 rated SF, conference Coach of the Year amongst other awards. Came in as the 8th Seed in the NCAA tournament beating 9th seed Duke to advance to the second round.. losing to the 94 overall 1st seed Syracuse. Magic season for me, very gratifying getting a team like FGCU to such a good record.

After the season was over I looked at all my job offers. Had a lot of mid-major schools after me but I looked at the ones with the most long term potential. Took the job at Central Michigan who had a 78 rated Freshman SF on their team and a 74 rated PG, their C and SG were graduating though. I took the job and then realised that they had already gotten a commitment from a 4-Star Center from Detroit who was 7"0' and was rated 74! Just about to start my first season and Central Michigan and can't wait!

Looks like you have the "Shaq of the MAC" for the next 4 years. Pound the rock inside...

I'm hoping to start my coach mode PS3 legacy this weekend. I found a used copy of the game for $7 and downloaded the update. A few adjustments to coach profiles and I'll be ready to go.... if I can find the time to play.

Well, I was actually able to get in a few games this weekend of my new CPU vs CPU Closed Legacy. I started at North Florida in the Atlantic Sun. I am running a fast-break, up-tempo, full court pressing style. I am averaging 84 PPG so far after the first five games. No 100 point games yet, but I did score 99 in my last game.

The highlights so far: Upsetting Maryland at their place in my first game during an early-season tournament

The lowlights: losing to Tulsa in the same tournament the game after the Maryland upset

Surprisingly, no one went pro early, but I lost 2 Sr guards that started and my top reserve. Guards will be very young, but this is by far my best class.

                        ILLINOIS SEASON 5:

Returning 3 frontline starters, 2 possibly all-americans. On freshman and 2 seniors projected lottery picks. Was just about to bump up my sliders thinking the game was becoming too easy and I go out and lose 2 of my first 6 games to teams now ranked in the top 5, at UCLA and Florida State in a tournament semifinal. Playing inexperienced kids, especially at guard, really has an effect on this game. Gotta love it!!!

Already gave out my 4 scholarships...first time that has happened this early.

Not quite the caliber as last year, but another stellar class:

PF 6-6 215 5* Fabrice Deren Orland Park, IL #7 overall, #1 PF IL Mr. B

                        PF 6-8 240 4* Ian Colwell Chicago, IL #66 overall, #8 PF

SF 6-6 206 4* Nate Christy Indianapolis, IN #38 overall #6 SF IN Mr. B

PG 6-0 165 4* Asten Francis Champaign, IL (first municipal signee) #48 overall #26 PG
Haven't played this game forever, but just reading through this rekindles the fire a bit! What a great game!

Just fired this game back up! (Yes, I bought NBA 2k13 - but this game tops all!)

Started a career legacy with Maine. I simmed the 1st 3 years.

Year 1 - 12-21 (I was actually 2-19 at one point, but my team went on a 10-2 run down the stretch. Won my conference tourney and the play in game. Lost to Kansas by 9 in the 1st round).

Year 2 - 23-10 (Lost conference championship game & went to NIT)

Year 3 - 11-19 (Injuries! Very disappointing year!)

After 3 season, I'm 46-50 as a head coach. My Job seems pretty safe. I'm been focusing on ABL & Recruiting. I actually reeled in a *** JUCO PG (Rated 68), a *** Juco PF (rated 69), the #104 SF (Rated 74), and the #101 C (Rated a 75).

Now that I actually have some decent talent, I'm ready to start playing!

                          I still love this game!!

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

I haven't had much time to play the last week or so, but I have made it to conference play and am 2-0 in conference with a few upsets out of conference. Playing as North Florida (CPU vs CPU), I upset Maryland, Miami, and South Florida and narrowly lost to Notre Dame. I was blown out by Florida, but they are ranked so that was more or less expected.

The lowlight of the year though has to be the bad loss against a horrible IPFW team in which they shot 36 free throws compared to our 6 (and we still only lost in OT with two starters fouled out). I definitely had to mess with some foul sliders after that game.

Recruiting-wise, I have already landed a 3-star PG and am #1 on another PG's list. If I sign them both, I will probably move one to SG since according to my scouts, one of them is supposed to be an A-rated shooter and I want them both on the floor at the same time. I am also courting a couple of 3-star SF's, but will end up dropping one since I only have one more scholarship to offer.

I hope to get some more game time in over the long weekend (off Monday for Columbus Day) and maybe finish my first season.
Once upon a time, I had a lovely signature. Then it died. The end.

Its college hoops time so I started a new legacy last week. Already 10-5 with Baylor. I picked them because I love some of their young talent. Isaiah Austin is a beast..unfortunately I'm off to an 0-2 start in conference. Lost two nail biters at home, never a good thing. Hope to at least make the tournament. I don't think my AD will like me too much if I don't..lol.
