I asked this question earlier, but I'll ask again.

For the guys with the 360 version, are you downloading it to the HDD and still getting freezes or are you running it off the disc?

Yea, Whenever I get a New game I always d-load to my HDD, So Yes, I am stilling getting lockups.

I know I'm new...but I saw something about how downloading rosters may affect the freezing of the game? Well...does anyone remember when NCAA Football 09 came out? People complained that the game would freeze when they downloaded rosters. they eventually came out with a patch to solve this. maybe this is the same issue...

I dnt think dr is the cause, cuz Nba Live 10 freezes too...

It has already been said there will be no patch. At this point it seems to me the freezing is completely random. Also it seems like more of a problem on the 360 than the PS3. I have only had one freeze in about 70 games played, so for what it's worth.

i've had one freeze in about 7 games. i know they stated that there would not be a patch; i was just trying to come up with possible solutions to the problem.

Just had a freeze. 4:16 left, I was up 86-46 on SC State with Miami. Auto subs off, not a TO, latest update, named coaches and players from OS.

I'm so close. i play 20 minute halves too, I guess I'll have to sim it now, i hate simming.

No freeze here, Ps3 version.
Ive played a lot of matches, on every mode, but ive got heavy stuttering at the beginning of the game (couple of times)

Did you call a timeout? No
Autosubs on/off? Off
If not during gameplay, which screen were you on when the game froze?
Any other information you can think of that would be relevant to helping find the source.

It was when I was going to the line for a 3-point play. It happened during a cutscene. I've had studders and 1 freeze for CBS broadcasts, but ESPN is clean.

I haven't had a freeze yet...but I've only played a few games in my dynasty as I've been busy.

The sound is starting to drop out a lot though...is that connected at all?

It's a fun game Jerz...the 6/10 review here on Op Sports is just about right IMO. It's a 6, maybe 6.5 out of 10 type game.

Some aspects I love. The motion offense is a lot of fun and the CPU runs plays much better than NBA Live. There's way less boneheaded stuff in this game than LIVE + I don't care so much about the lack of player tendencies in this game. In LIVE,seeing Shaq etc shoot fadeaways and have no post presence killed the game for me. In NCAA, I am playing lower ranked teams a lot and the tendencies aren't important. The atmosphere is great and I really like calling plays.

6/10 is fair though as the game is barely past the BETA stage + there's some really poor AI (Like the CPU post players always catching and shooting in the post...I am getting like 8 blocks a game simply blocking those turn around J's in the post...they are sooooooooooooo predictable it's almost impossible not to block them? ).

Next year...this game could really take a leap if they worked on their base. Doesn't look like there will be an NCAA 11 though.

NBA 2K10 and NCAA 10 go nicely together...nice to have an NBA + College game. The game could really be improved with a decent patch, but EA has pretty much ruled that out.

Overall = good BETA. Nice potential / No future though.

Just got the game last night and I am loving it, but I have played today with 2 freezes and 3 disc is unreadable....the game is brand new this is a little rediculous and btw it has been in dyansty mode and while playing my brother off xbox live.

I read through all the posts and did two things which for now, knock on wood, has given me freeze free games. Since my DISC was being unreadable making no sense since I just bought the game I put it to my harddrive and have not been making substitutions during timeouts....

Just experienced my first freeze after buying the game when it came out. I was in my second year of dynasty when the game froze after I exited the game when it was over. I restarted my dynasty and after the first game it happened again and now occurs after any game in dynasty. I will most likely delete all game data and have it reinstall and see if that helps. IT would be nice to see this get fixed as this game has really grown on me.
