Yeah I saw it. The kid Wright from NJ looked good. Looks like he'll contribute well off the bench this year.

As far as the Knicks, David Lee was impressive. As was Nate Robinson. He's fearless and fast as hell. Looks like Frye will see most of his minutes at PF which makes the James pickup look that much more better. He'll get minutes at C, but not many.

This is definitely the most athletic team we've had in ages. I don't know how many years went by when we didn't have anyone who could finish a fastbreak. That won't be the case anymore. The team is really young. I honestly have no idea how they'll fare once the season starts.

The Bobcats beat the Sonics in the Rocky Mountain Revue...Raymond Felton had 22 points and 7 assist. Matt Carroll had 17 points on 10/14 shooting at the line!

Bobcats lost to the Hawks, 105-99. Sean May had 25 points and 13 rebounds. Raymond Felton put up 16 points, 3/7 from long range, 5-10 at the line (yuck) with 4 assist. Matt Carroll put in 19 points, getting to the line effectively AGAIN, shooting 7-10 from the stripe.

Also, it could be a boxscore mistake, but Salim Stoudamire scored 39 points only hitting 1/3 3 pointers, but 16/19 from the line, 11/19 from the field.

I'm still not sold on Von. He only shows up sometimes. Last yr he got benched for the last 7 games. He couldn't even get mins on FSU. He thought that one game against UNC was his meal ticket. IMO it probably was.

True consistancy is a problem but teams these days weigh more on potential. He has good potential, whether he makes it or not is up to him. He could make a team and play mopup duty for a couple years then get a shot at decent minutes a little down the road or just fade away. Hopefully he gets his act together, I always wondered why he didnt do better than he could have at FSU. He should have came to State lol.

He'd worked well at NCSU IMO. Could have played outside where he likes it. I think he tried to be too much like Tim Pickett.

                          That was a great pick.

I wonder if he's gonna start over Haslem.
