Yeah.. I agree the Lakers are looking mighty impressive. I think that's mostly due to Kobe not taking his usual 30 shots a game and everyone is getting involved. Odom is playing very good right now and Walton is suprising the hell out of me.

Although I still think the Suns will pull this out, Lakers are impressive.

Streets, I see your point but thats not completely the case. If you watched most of their games, he was really tentative and not much of a post presence. Some of that had to do with Kobe but it also had to do with his refusal to take shots and rebound in some games.

The Lakers need to play how they were in the other 3 quarters. I can see why they want to put the ball in Kobe's hands, but damn, if what you were doing was working, don't change it up.

Looks like its turning into give the ball to Kobe and drive game for the Lakers.

Its not like Kobe is forcing shots..he's just missing wide open ones. Also, the Suns are now collapsing everyone in the lane so they cant set Odom or Brown up in the post anymore because the double is coming.

As the year has gone on the team has grasped the idea of the triangle and now as you can see in this game, everyone is sharing the ball and getting good shots within the offense. Which is why as the year has gone on Kobe has taken less shots and everyone else got better.

EDIT- Hubie Brown is the best bball commentator we got right now.

Tim Thomas is a great fit for the Suns. He wasn't aggressive enough for the Bulls, but in this run n' shoot offense of Phoenix he's excelling.

EDIT: Phoenix is lights out. That is all.

On that last 3, is Diaw allowed to do that? Smush was trying to recover, but Diaw was just blocking him, boxing him out from getting to Nash. Isn't that the same as a moving screen.

The refs missed a call there. Kobe to the line for 2 FTs would have cut the game to a 2-point game and instead, Marion extends the lead to 6 points. That hurts.
