the difference between the suns and the mavs is that kobe scores in bunches against the mavs and the lakers still win....

you cant just say "oh kobe scored 62, and lakers beat the mavs, oh hey! he avg. 45 against the suns and they were 1-3, i guess that means the lakers cant beat the mavs"

its not the same, they match up differently, and for watever reason during the season the lakers have matched up decently with the mavs

come playoff time, obviously everything pretty much goes out the window, but seeing the way this laker team has risen to the challenge and how phx presented much more problems previously than the mavs have

phil jackson isnt going to play the game necesarilly the same way he has with phoenix as he has with dallas...

dallas hasn't really changed their style of play since the lakers beat them in the season, so why would they suddenly be demolishing the lakers when the lakers are playing their best bball of the season

I don't know if this has been said, but the Lakers must be thanking David Stern for not changing the playoff format because we all know Dallas would be demolishing them at the moment and the Suns would probably be demolishing the Grizz.

not true, as a Dallas fan, the last thing i'd want to see is the Lakers in the first round. We haven't found a consistent answer for Kobe.

If Dallas was the 2 seed, it would mean they were seeding based on records, in that case, Lakers would be 6th seed and playing the Suns regardless.

to be honest as a Cavs fan, they should be down 3 games to 1

Z has been terrible, Wild Thing hasnt played like he had all year, we went away from taking it to the hoop in game 4, grrrrrr just frustrating lol i seen that coming last night we were settling for too many jumpers and the wiz were going strong to the hole. would somebody please stand up and knock someone on their *** once in a while and actually get a foul, if your gonna get a foul, then foul hard quit this ticky tack foul crap, knock em down [/end rant]

I have to be honest here. I moved to the Phoenix area 5 years ago because i was obsessed with Sir charles and the Suns. I am a die hard fan and they are getting out coached and out hustled by Jackson and the Lakers. We finally woke up a bit yesterday and with a mental letdown we let it go and the games best player(better than Michael) did what he was supposed to do. I am sick to my stomach over it BUT its not over. We have a strong chance of winning 3 in a row. You heard it here first... SUNS IN 7. If we lose, I'll be hiding. -
