One final thought about the article from the Herald. It's the ****ing Herald. I read their sports section every day. Cuban saying anything right after the game to the refs or yelling at David Stern may or may not be true. If it is than so what. It was the HEAT of the moment and he got a little HEATED up.

Cuban denies saying this and the writer apparently is backing off of the story according to the morning show here.

Stern on Dan Patrick now, sttd he never heard Cuban say anything.

He must have said something, because ESPN news is showing Cuban's been fined $250,000.00.

Stern was on Dan Patrick. He said he was fined for a series of events but won't go into detailed.

He also said that they were looking into Avery Johnson's comments on the officiating. If he is fined, it will be after the finals. Now that sounds fishy.

                That's complete B.S......

People think that if the timeout had been called after the second free throw, that a shot with 1.9 seconds left would have been automatic. Also, D-Wade WAS fouled, just not by Nowitzki.

Right now, the whine flows in Dallas.

so... everything that's good in sports is complaining about officiating and not taking losses well?

Josh Howard got the call when he came down on Shaqs foot. Had he not of nutted at the line we wouldn't be talking about the last call. If the league rigged the game for the Heat to win don't you think the refs would have made sure that it didn't come down to a final foul call and made sure the Heat won by a bigger spread. Quit crying Dallas.

Well just like any business, they are in it for the money. The NBA turned to less of a sport when coporate sponsorship dominated any and everything concerning the sport itself. This goes for all forms of entertainment. There is'nt a single "pure" aspect to entertainment left. I would'nt say that they rigg sporting events to favor this team or that team but there is defitnitely something foul in the air when it comes to officiating. As I've said many times, officials are simply there to control the momentum. Whether its intentional or not is still in the air. I'm a conspiracy believing kind of guy and unless they provide some type of concrete evidence against these claims, I will continue to believe in the shadeyness of coporate America. But just as in any business, they will never let the cat out of the bag. NEVER!!

Even though many guy's here will say it's just Cuban being an *** hole because his team lost. The reality is the NBA has always been questioned regarding this matter.

You guy's think Cuban is the 1st guy who thinks this crap. Trust me their are many who have felt this way about the NBA for years.

I guess you can say Cuban is owner he should shut up and only act like an owner. But I'm sure there are other owners and coaches that feel the same way but they don't have the gut's to speak their mind.

So, Cuban is viewed as villian for making comments that many fans over the years have stated themselves. The only difference is fans can say what they want and a guy like Cuban must stand by and keep his mouth shut because he shouldn't question the integrity of the league since he's an owner.

D.Wade committed thea backcourt violation and pushed off on Terry before he even got into the paint. So, if the officials didn't care about those making those calls why would they care about making a touch foul call with 1.9 seconds left?

As far as the push off if anyone remembers Devin Harris had twice in the last minute of play had offensive push off calls against vs the Spurs in game 6 and Suns in game 1 that cost Dallas a key possession on their own court in crunch time.

So why does the push off rule apply towards Harris yet not against Wade?

I'm willing to bet that if that last shot attempt was by Terry or Harris and Shaq toucjed the back of their jersey with 1.9 seonds left there would have been a non-call.

Anyone care to differ with that claim?
