                    Someone tell Kobe that.

                    His antics in that game were disgraceful and it shows what kind of player Kobe is becoming. Statistical acheivements are more important to him than winning.

                    he has to score for his team to win....not only does he have to score but he has to score forty or more usually. thats the truth. right now he has put him self in a position to break a very prestigious record set by the best player ever so if he tries at this point to break it it is a good thing more so because his team is winnong because of it. We wouldnt be even talking about shooting for stats or breaking records if he hadnt played well to begin with. Now that he is at the brink of it he should try to break it. if his team suffers from it them the complaints would sound less like bitching but the team is winning becuz of his "stat padding"

                        the whole NBA plays like they care about stats more than anything else... okay, so that's not TOTALLY true, but that's the way the game is today.

                        it's too bad too, because it was once such a great game. you know what though? i've come to grips with the fact that game isn't like it was in the 80s or early 90s... it's a new game with a new style... and it's tough to adjust to. damn kids and their "technology"

                            do all the Kobe bashers just choose to ignore that the Lakers are 11-2 over Kobe's streak and have climbed into the 7th spot in the western conference?
