oh hah, didn't even notice that.

btw, i think arroyo blows and wouldn't help us at all, but like i said we need some point help. all we got right now is nate and fred jones can't really play the point and jamal is better at a SG-creator type and getting his own offense.

Don't watch too much of the NYK but it seems to me you guys need help in A LOT of areas. I like Crawford and Nate though...besides those two I don't know who I would I keep. oh yeah and David Lee.

Some of the players are skilled (Zach, Curry, Marbury) but don't have the right mindset. I thought they would be a solid 7 seed this season with Marbury, Crawford, QRich, Zach, and Curry...but eh. I could be wrong they are probably still in it in the East.

Expect a deal for Cleveland...we aren't sure who yet, but one of our local reporters *Brian Windhorst* is saying they will make a trade that will "it is a trade that would change the dynamic somewhat of how the Cavs play".

I'd love to know what this rumored deal is. I would be open to the Cavs trading anyone but the following 4:

LeBron (obviously)
Varejao (can't be traded b/c of when he signed, but is their best post defender)
Gibson (young and only going to get better; best shooter on the team)
Z (mostly for sentimental reasons, but Z plays decent D and can be really tough when he's hitting his shots)

I have watched Bobby have to gaurd Kobe Bryant in clutch time and the year before that it was Speedy Claxton I am not saying Wells is a gonna fix that I just wanted to point out how bad we need a legit 2 Guard. Mo Pete is a decent defender a good shooter but I didnt think we could win in the post season with him and Peja as our perimeter players but no matter what in CP3 we trust

they have enough sharpshooters. The Hornets will need better defenders

Naw fella.... I was responding to him by saying he is puerto rican but they called him euro but decided to rephrase it and was to lazy to retype. My bad though I know that a "a" at the of word makes a big difference.

They must trade Brooks now...there is no reason to keep him. I don't know what the new GM gets...this is a WIN NOW team not a rebuild team.

I don't know how good he can be and the Kings really want him. It depends on what the Rockets plan to do offseason.

I think if they acquired Artest and kept Tmac,Yao, Battier, Scola, Landry, Alston I think they would be in the mix for a championship This year IMO.

Artest is likely to opt out though. So there may be a chance they can get him in the offseason if the price isn't too high. I also think if they get him this year for the last 30 or so games, and say they finish a solid playoff run, he's more likely to resign with them.

I just feel certain teams like the Rockets, Pistons, Spurs, Suns...teams with a Core that has players in their prime or on their last legs they are win now teams and if they have to trade a young prospect like Brooks to get a bonafide guy like Artest you do it.

Brooks is going to be a solid PG though. I think he'll be a solid starter for the rest of his career. Unless they feel he can go to another level than you trade him. I personally just don't see Brooks making as big of a impact to a team like Artest would. Funny right before the AS break, Artest went nuts on the Rockets and almost beat them by himself.
