They could go after Brad Miller or Jermaine O'Neal, both who I believe are free agents at the end of the season.

The question isn't is Kidd better than Parker, it's why spend a ton of money on Kidd if you already have Parker and have other needs? It's like the Redskins signing a bunch of big named players to back up positions they already had filled, and ignoring other positions and cutting special teams players.

It's screwin with chemistry with gainin little in return considering.

They could, but I don't believe the Spurs would get either. Pacers have a winning formula that I don't think will be broken up after the season. Depending on how Indiana does in the playoffs this year, Reggie could retire or laeve as a free agent. Either way, thats his extra 12 million off the books that they can use to throw at both Jermaine and B. Miller in the off season. I think both players are liking the system that they are playing in and don't want to disrupt that. Jermaine would not fit well with Duncan because both players need to be the number one option in the post on their respective teams. Brad Miller would be nice for San Antone but unfortunately, I dont think its very realistic.

Wasn't there some talk about a Steve Smith and some other roleplayers for Ratiff trade a while back? I think Ratiff would be a good fit and person to take over for Robinson being the #1 shot blocker and a decent rebounder. The only problem will be that he is injury prone (a hip prob i think?).

Also, has anyone really seen Bateer play? Just how good is he? He has only played a total of 29 minutes total this season!

I've seen Bateer practice... and for an NBA player he doesn't score many shots during practice... if you watch the worst player in the NBA, such as a guy like Felton Spencer while they practice... Spencer doesn't miss and that is why he is in the NBA. Bateer can't hit the open PRACTICE jumper from the FT line if his life depended on it!
