I don't think anyone doubts MJ's heart and work on the floor. It's what he does as president of bball for the Wiz that everyone is pointing out. He has made some bad moves over the last couple of years.

Give the guy some time. He hasn't been there long, and I knwo part of his comeback was to evaluate, and access the team. He knows who needs to go. I'm sure they know they need outside shooters. Getting Lue, and Russell wasn't too good of a move, but I'm sure things will be corrected when he spends two more full years in there. You don't become GM # 1 overnight. He started this team out with not one superstar on the roster. Stack can still be a good move if he puts the right people around him, as you saw in Detroit.

MJ I'm sure has learned something about the ball club the last 2 years, and Jared Jeffries who was playing pretty well will probably stay, and be a guy to work hard inside like they need also.

If Kwame doesn't play right next year, he may be gone, as they say rookies take at least 3 years to learn how to play in the league. Can you say Jermaine O'Neal. We've all seen glimpses of what Kwame can do though.

I think he has to get some of the blame, but it's not mainly his fault. The other guys need to have better games and Stackhouse needs to be more consistent. One day he'll score 27 points and the next he'll have 6. But yea, whenyour team is losing, everyone deserves the blame. The coach, star players, the other role players, everyone.

What are you people talking about? Brand was the number 1 pick in the 1999 draft by the bulls, Brown was the number 1 pick in the 2001 draft by the wizards.

                        They declined.

And by now, EVERY team in the NBA knows who is garbage on the Wiz...MJ has told every reporter !

Good luck trading junk. The way he has criticised Brown also has dropped his value way down. As a GM, it was hardly a wise move to publically say day after day guys haven't got heart etc!
