*** **** it I want LeBron to be a Knick so bad in two years! I'm willing to make sacrifices! Let's say, the Yanks can't win a World Series for 25 years? I'll take it....

Now tonight, Bron has a legendary individual performance, but we had a real chance to win it. Really, if Duhon's layup and any of those threes go in, this could have easily been a W. It's the closest we've been in a Cavs game in a long time.

Do you guys think this performance was
a)happenstance--he just had a big night
b)a necessary performance where he needed to go off to keep the Knicks from winning
c)Lebron's Garden Disease, where Jay-Z and NYC take him out of his usual headspace
      D) Al Harrington showed up tonight. I don't remember him being a factor before

Replace that with the giants/rangers not winning for 25 years and I'll take it

He's fun to watch. Sometimes when they're up big and he's bored...he gets a bounce to his game and starts doing crazy 2K9 stuff.

Bron was surely going to put up big numbers because of the hoopla. No way was he going to ignore a stage that big, especially in NYC. Unfortunately, when Bron goes selfish the Cavs have problems ala DET with Iverson. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often.

Well the Nets handed it to us...Man, I think Butler and Jamison should just sit out the rest of the year..

It's LeBron's Garden Disease. He loves to play with New York City and their fans. He also always tries to impress on the big stage, which is the Garden, to him. That's how he wins fans and makes money.

Just LeBron being LeBron. I think he honestly wouldn't be terribly upset if the Cavs lost tonight if he put up those numbers. Next game he'll be back to the player most Cavs fans are used to seeing.

Pretty much agree with OSU (rare occurence). We all know that Jordan among others had a reputation for doing something a little special when he stepped into the garden and LeBron wants to leave that same kind of imprint. It's a legacy thing.

LeBron's triple double with 50+ points is one of the greatest individual performances of all time, maybe even bigger than Kobe's 81. What an animal.

I'm still hoping that somehow the wizards find some way to get Larry Hughes back, and Gilbert where he was in '06. You'd have the old big 3 back together plus Caron... get Haywood back, develop McGee/Blatche/McGuire/Young/Crittenton off the bench... I think the wizards could be a contender if things fall into place. I strongly believe people underrate the impact of the chemistry Gilbert and Larry Hughes had, as far as the two being able to swap PG/SG roles on a possession by possession basis. anyway:

                    Etan/Stevenson for Hughes

                    Arenas/James/Crittenton
                    Hughes/Young/Dixon
                    Butler/McGuire
                    Jamison/Songaila/Pech
                    Haywood/Blatche/McGee

Assuming Arenas & Haywood get right, I think this squad would be nasty. The only problem would be stunting Young's development.

That would be one of the worst defensive teams in history and I would not even understand how Grunsfeld would have a job building such a flawed roster like that.

I don't see the Cavs not making the Finals. Sorry Boston.

As I thought, LBJ has his MVP cemented. Well-deserved, he's the best player in the league by a considerable margin.

Did you guys just watch the highlights of the Laker/Knick game. This is the second comment about the score.. the Lakers were up by like 20 late in the 4th. It was garbage time for at least the last 4-5 minutes.

I've been saying LBJ is going to get MVP since the third week of the season.

                            I think it's blatant.

Most of it is just physical traits. 6'9 cannot be practiced or taught. You mix that with his willingness to be a playmaker and it's a wrap.

I will say I was wrong about the ability of his teammates. They have a lot of that.
