None taken. We just see things different. Hopefully the current problems are only temporary. I just think this team wont improve until there is some stability for the players to get used to. All these games where Nelson coaches here and there because of his health and Smart coaches a few games over here is just another sign that although I blame Nelson for a lot, its a lot bigger than his desire and much more about whether he is the right person for a long term project like rebuilding this team. But since he is the strong personality of the team, a lot of the drama with players and on the floor fall on him.

You know I'm anti-Nellie but sometimes I have to just remind myself that the kid is 20. He needs time but I think his development time would be more valuable under someone not named Don.

According to ESPN Insider, GState needs to blow up the team. I felt a fire sale was coming (I told you so) and I want the Rockets in on it. The whole team incl. AR, Curry, Ellis are all mentioned as tradeable. They have so much talent on that team, But we seem to beat them every time.
They lack leadership on/off the court and dont play as a team. Landy gets bout the same min. as Randolph but plays them w confidence. He played w confidence in summer league, but now if AR commits turnover he's looking to the bench, you cant play like that(Nellie). Those aren't mind games thats bad leadership/coaching/mentoring.

He's 20 of course he makes mistakes. Reality they arent going to playoffs any time soon, thought they would take SA spot when Duncan retire but looks like OKC stepped in. Bottom line is AR should be playing 50 min/game on that team. Mikki and Rad have maxed out.
You don't have to live in Bay area or watch all the games or have the inside scoop to see that.

you dont see the ******* **** he does, or know the reasons as to why hes not playing, outside of Randmonovic starts over him.

at this point in his career he is not succseful when playing against STARTING nba PF's

so nellie has him playing against backup 5's...when he plays well he gets more PT... when he doesnt he sits.

Hopefully his consistency continues to grow and when we get andres and turiaf back he can play agaisnt 4's.

you dont just throw him to the wolves and have him ****ing up for the sake of getting him minutes.

have you never been coached?...do you even play organized basketball?...have you?

hes clearly a better talent than Radman and Moore...but that isnt the POINT...you can have all the talent in the world...but if you are ****ing up...you will never achieve that.

Yes you do. I don't think I could stomach to watch all their games. They play like a YMCA pick up game team.

I fixed some of that.
Bottom line is the superior player is sitting on the bench behind a far less talented one on a bad team.
I have to agree that we disagree that one gets better by watching and not being in there making mistakes w the wolves.

Randoloh is inconsitent and does f'd up things alot...he needs to be taught how to play...while hes taught...a better...perceived better... option will play instead.

its really not a big deal.

nobody isnt getting messed with or **** on...hes getting coached.

nellie DOES run head games at first....just like any good coach...to find out how weak/strong you are and to see if you have heart...when you proven yourself he will coach you...its f'd up...but thats how he coaches...and its why i like him.

Absolutely no reason Mikki Moore should be getting THIS many minutes at ALL. That's been my whole issue with this. This ain't 2006-07.

The San Jose Mercury News writes that the Warriors recent desire to shop forward Anthony Randolph coincided with agent Bill Duffy's mention of a contract extension.
Two sources told the Mercury News that Randolph's camp is thinking about an extension and that loose figures mentioned by Duffy are five years and $60 million.

The Cavaliers would likely send JJ Hickson, Wally in a sign and trade, probably a draft pick and maybe D-West.
