Oh you're putting A.I. at the 1? Good luck with that.

KDRE, excellent points. The NBA has changed, and he has to change with it. Same thing I've been saying. He not only has to sacrifice, but he has to LEARN.

Plus if you want to go to battle with a 5'10 PG and a 5'11 SG in a huge Western conference be my guest
I think it can work in NO, because he and Paul would be such a fast, offensively potent backcourt that the mismatch favors them, especially since they are big inside.

Now that's only the fictional Iverson that isn't a complete black hole for the offense. In reality, Iverson has to learn to be a winner to even be in the discussion of contenders.

It's always funny when people apply video game logic to real life NBA.

Willie Green sucks, but at least he can work within an offense and is taller than Snoopy.

Iverson going back to Philly would be the team taking more steps backwards than even I think them capable of.

The Sixers are becoming the epitome of signing old players to ridiculous contracts where they can collect paychecks while stumbling into mediocrity, and later, retirement.

                    Because of Webber???...

                    Don't say Brand...He's still a productive player.

Who else are you basing this off of?

I like Iverson back on Philly, thats it. If I'm crazy for that then oh well...

AI is one dimensional. He excells when the ball is in his hands on offense, and when he can play the passing lanes on defense. I still believe he can lead the league in scoring the right situation.

Too bad there is only ONE right situation. Defenders all around him and him being the primary scorer. He has to take 25 shots a game.

That is the only way he knows how to play. Larry Brown figured that out and got to the finals. No one else has been able to do squat with him. Every other system has failed.

I can see him signing on with the Lakers to play with Kobe. Phil and Tex said the triangle was perfect for AI a few years back, so maybe we will see if that is actually true.

A.I would and will not be a starting PG on any championship contender.
