Come to Dallas. Another star player so your team will actually do something, and no state income tax. Hometown hero

No more paying taxes to two different countries and the weather is better.

I don't think you can write the book on Bosh based on his age and lack of ANY other threats on that team. KG still had some nice players around him, and doubly so for Amare, Dirk and TD. Bosh strikes me as the type who will concede a loss and play accordingly, but plays up to the circumstances. Dude was a BEAST at times in the Olympics, and when his team was decent, he was better and more aggressive. As-is, he's still a top PER guy, and an elite big. That alone makes him worth a max deal, IMO, as someone said before, if he doesn't deserve one, not many do, and thats just not realistic.

In the end, tho his game isn't as important as his drawing power, which is mediocre. In the end of the Vinsanity era, the raps were 10th in average attendance. In the Bosh era they've ranked 12th, 18th, 22nd, 13th, 14th, and 14th again...which are pretty dismal considering youre the only team in the COUNTRY. Support should be through the roof, but it isn't, and he's also a pretty weak road draw. Is this because of Bosh, or his COMPLETELY IMPOTENT wing players?

Bottom line, there are only a handful of guys that you can build a franchise around, and Chris Bosh is one of those few. He's played pretty well for a guy with consistently weak role players..and handled it with class for the most part. Alot of guys would have mentally checked out and demanded a trade by now...

How many of those guys at age 24 start 77 games and win 30 in the East? The closest are KG and Kobe, but they were winning 2-3 more games with less help and in the West.

The only way I see a Bosh led team winning the championship is in another city where he can pull a KG and "lead" 2-3 other All NBA players to the chip. He's good enough to build around in Toronto because they don't have any other options, but aside from Milwaukee, no one else would build around him.

I'm trying to understand here. Does Max contract = a player who WILL lead you to the championship? I don't see Bosh doing that for T.Dot. He's nice but definitely could improve. I wouldn't mind getting him in Chicago. Maybe we can dump our sloppy Deng on Toronto and get a steal.......

Nowitzki clutch? He isn't inept in clutch time but he does have a history of dissapearing when his team needed him most.

                  One example:

Bosh is terrible in late game situations on both ends of the floor.

AlexBrady being completely inaccurate once again with his assessment of NBA Players. No surprise there...

Dirk's career playoff average is 25/11, in 89 career playoff games

...and Dirk has led the postseason in rebounds per game and also in total rebounds before

but regardless of their rpg averages, Dirk is a more skilled rebounder than Bosh

if bosh was on a winning team people would mention him as possibly an elite power forward in the nba, but since his team is garbage he gets no credit...
Dirk is a main reason why Dallas has been a winning team in the first place, won 50 games for 8 straight seasons, and made the playoffs for 9 straight seasons.

Bosh is a top, all star caliber player obviously, but he is not in Dirk's league

because Dirk takes more overall shots, and more from the perimeter (but you are only talking about .487 compared to .479 anyway)...and Dirk averages fewer turnovers than Bosh, even though Dirk handles the ball more than Bosh

btw, speaking of FG%...Nowitzki is one of only three players in the history of the NBA to have shooting percentages of 50/40/90 in a season

and dirk is not any more clutch than bosh either...
Bosh is a really good up and coming player obviously, and he is going to get even better...but it is craziness to assert that he is as clutch or more clutch than Dirk
