Whatever. It didn't happen. People don't do that here, and if they did, the whole section would have turned against them and defended LaLa.

Zbo, so because YOU never experienced something at AAC, means that it just doesn't happen right? Put your logic hat on for ONE second and leave your Mavericks love at the door. Do you REALLY think that statement makes any sense?

what doesnt make sense is that Karl is the only one that heard these racial slurs...considering he was on the court, it would have had to have been pretty darn loud, and im pretty sure other people would have heard these "racial slurs". Again, someone needs to tell Karl that thug is not a racial slur.

I think it's quite a stretch acting like it certainly isn't possible. As if your city is free of individuals who would say something like that. I've seen it happen here in NYC.

but ive been to more NBA games than I can count, and I dont hear people yelling out racial slurs. It would make no sense considering you would also be insulting most of the players on your own team.

Allen Iverson for once have said many times that racial slurs wre thrown at him many times at the beginning of his career, so you claiming that i doesn't happen is just bull..

You do realize that coaches/players can hear the first 10 rows or so worth of people from the bench and floor area, right? If someone screams your name and then says something, you'll hear it unless you're really paying attention to something else. Karl could easily hear fans around the arena saying racial slurs if that did indeed happen, as could the players from the bench. Martin noticed people messing with his Mom in the 2nd quarter and yelled up to the stands for them to cut it out. When the players and coaches are on-guard following the incident with Cuban and actively looking out for their family's well-being, they would easily hear things from the crowd.

btw, im not saying it doesnt happen...im saying I doubt Karl's comments of all of these racial slurs being hurled at the AAC in game 4. Again, i know people who were at the game (and one sitting close enough to see Trina getting into it with fans). He saw heckling from both sides and people being ejected, but he doesnt know what this racial crap is about.

I'm a Nuggets fan, so by all means, feel free to throw all my comments out the window.

That said, asserting that it CAN'T or WOULDN'T happen at a game in ANY city (much less a Southern one with a majority white crowd and the 'victims' in question are black) is just myopic.

Really. People don't use racial slurs in Dallas Texas? Okay,now tell me the one about the sandbox you have in Cuba.

The friend of mine that I was talking about in the other thread was sitting close enough to the Nuggets side to see Trina, and he doesnt know what this racial crap is about. Karl needs to be specific if he is going to make such accusations. People were chanting "Thuuggets", but that is hardly a racial slur.

btw, enough with this "Texas is in the south so they are all racists" crap. Texas is not "the south" anyway. Texas is "southwest". It actually has more in common overall with the west than the south, but really Texas is just Texas....and it is one of the more culturally diverse states in the country.

If you really want to get techinical Texas is considered to be in the South Central United States. But anyway,you slice it how you want to slice it,but Texas is part of the South. It might not be the Deep South,but it's the south nonetheless.
