Cuban is an A-class prick. He pulls the "will Kenyon" move to bring his actions down a few notches. I'm quite happy that he didn't get to purchase the Cubs back when he wanted too. I hope he never does. Seriously, that guy is classless if he's apologizing through his blog mess. I just hope that nobody gets physically injured. I'm still unsure why Cuban would have went to Martin's mother to speak to her anyhow. Nowhere does Cuban even point out the fact that fans harassed Anthony's girl or the racial slurs spit out. I don't see Cuban searching for those who threatened the Nugget families during those games. Horrible.......

Love how you just take their word for it regarding the racial slurs, even though the staff, fans in that area, media in that area, and assistant coaches in that area said it didn't happen.

Some just want to believe what they want to believe. I've been to hundreds of sporting events in Dallas over the years, and I've heard a lot of rowdy fans, but I've never, NEVER heard racial slurs.

It's a copout for her behavior, plain and simple.

Is the claim that the crowd was shouting racial slurs? Or was it a few drunk fans causing trouble?

IMO if the crowd was shouting racial slurs like some want us to believe, there would have been some fights and people going to jail. I think it was a few drunken idiots yelling slurs. So basicly, i dont doubt there were racial slurs but i doubt it was as big as hes making it.

With that said, no one likes to hear racial slurs so its easy to get angry.

btw, Kenyon Martin was born and raised in Dallas, Texas

And just the other day I heard him refered to as a Wigger by my co worker.... I dont want to join in this too much but all in all the Cuban is handling this wrong he handle the whole thing poorly... As a owner he should be above this not in the middle. He should be trying to get things to die down not going back and forth with a player. At some point Cuban has to understand that he is held at a higher social standard as a face and leader of a franchise.

The whole racial thing at this point is a non issue not because it didnt happen but because what does it matter angry people say things to provoke a reaction. If it was a group of fat people someone would have probably been called a fat mofo, dragging this on and on cause other people are outraged at the behavior towards someone else. Nothing will come of it and this stuff happens everyday. Cuban should just admit that he was wrong for ever getting involved directly with a fan or mother of another player because its just not a good look for him.

Its honestly a lose lose for him. A wise man once said dont argue with fools because from a distance people cant tell who is who.

LaLa threw a beer on a woman and got thrown out. To save face, she and Kenyon's brother claimed the woman was yelling racial slurs at her. No one else in the area reported hearing racial slurs, including some black Mavs fans in the general area. That's it.
