What do you think of 20 and over draft idea?

Last night while Mike Tirico was interviewing David Stern the topic of a 20 yr old age limit came up. It's an idea that the NBA is seriously thinking about and i'm wondering what you all think of it.

Personally I think it's a good thing as it'll allow the game to get better with older players coming into the league who have gotten more basketball and life experience. It'll also end the whole spectre of 17-18 yr olds getting HUGE shoe contracts etc etc.

The only thing that I don't like about it is that even with an age limit for the NBA draft it can still hurt the NCAA in that players can still leave early but go to the NBDL. Unless there's a proviso that states that college players under 20 can't go to the NBDL then the talent drain currently being seen in the NCAA will continue.

Love the idea. Tired of college BB being so watered down. Tired of see guys leave college early to sit on the bench for 2+ years in the NBA. Tired of watching the NBA Draft and not know who the heck anyone is. It used to be after the lottery, the names start becoming unfamiliar, now after the first 3 picks, I'm like, who in the hell are these guys, and where did they come from?

i think they need to put that rule in too. look at the NFL and NCAA football, the NBA needs to follow what they do.

yup another 1 here for the age limit. It will make nba and college bball better all-around. Just imagine what Lebron would have done in college! lol 2 years gives them at least time to get some of their skills together and I honestly dont think they would all bolt after 2 years.

Definately FOR the age limit. Even though it might impact the draft of the Charlotte franchise unfairly next year.
