Oh no DC I was replying to the post you were replying to lol...My bad...But I totally agree with you. My friend gave me the craziest logic I've heard this weekend behind why Durant is MVP.... "Because he has a better jumper than LeBron".....You can tell he is too young...lol

LBJ should still win by a landslide, but Durant did lead one of the youngest teams in the league to 50 wins, basically to a 6th seed [tied with Portland's record].

Durant did win the scoring title and nearly averaged 8 rebounds. That season resume is good enough to garner a few first place votes.
To me Durant had the same season as Kobe did a few years ago. When he was dropping 35 a game. And the Lakers finished 8th. I would probably think Durant would got first place vote if his team had finish 5-6 and higher. A better comparison would be when LeBron's Cavs finish 4 in the East a few years back.

I don't know about. The one major difference between East and the West. East is all about defense. And the West is all about offense. I don't care what anyone says. Defense wins championships. Or at least gets you there...lol That Kobe team was not about defense.

This thread is far too all over the place and off topic now

Im going to lock it for that reason alone.

There is a sticky for the playoffs

Any one of you can start an MVP thread since the season is over

This definitely aint a LBJ vs kobe thread either, so really its just locked
