im sure what the media says won't make or break these guys at all... when you are a celeb you gotta have thick skin and not let the media get to you... i mean honestly the media needs you, you don't need the media.. these guys have multi-million dollar contracts and they will do their thing regardless what the media says... i mean look at how many people the media has attacked, whether rightfully or wrongfully, what effect does it really have? none!

Media can give a bad reputation and at certain times can prevent a player from getting looked at by other teams. But you're right this is really nothing, its just a stupid mistake(no proof thats actually weed) and I doubt he gets suspended just a fine.

i use to think the media could determine what other teams might think about a player... but then i remember all of the players who have had bad reputations(in the media) and still find a home... guys like vick, artest, iverson, gary payton, terrell owens, dennis rodman, and other guys have had the media get on them but still get signed...
