LMAO. The amount of Laker fans outside of LA has gotten way out of hand.

It was bad over the past several years.. but this year it's out of control. I just saw Kobe high five literally 7 Laker fans courtside after hitting a three. WTF?

Dallas moves into second place. Their game on Monday against the Nuggets is going to be insane. Until then it is the Blazers and Warriors.

Hey man, Steelers are the same way. Certain professional sports teams travel very well. Consistently winning will do that for a franchise.

I know I know, it was just unsettling to see this unfold at a rival's home building.

I don't know if I've ever seen that happen before in the NBA. It was as if Kobe was playing at Staples.

You mean you don't realize the unGODly number of Laker fans @ America West during Suns/Lakers games?

Me too, except about the Nuggets last 3 games.

Losing K-Mart hurt them, losing Lawson for a while kicked them while they were down, and losing George Karl for probably the rest of the season was the unnecessary spitting on their crumpled body.

If K-Mart comes back playing well and George can coach regularly in the Playoffs, we might have a chance to get to the WCF again, but without homecourt, it will be that much tougher. If we pull Phoenix as a 4-5 matchup in the first round (homecourt or not), I think it's over before it starts... the Nugs don't match up against them well at all. Any other draw among the 2-7 teams aside from Dallas I'm not really worried about, given that K-Mart is back.

But yeah, a ****ty convergence of circumstances might ruin this season for the Nuggets. It was looking so promising too.

Uhh, I've been noticing over the past several years like I said a few posts up.

I've honestly never seen Kobe hit a three on the road, and then proceed to high five half of the front row decked out in Laker gear.

And WTF on that Atlanta/Orlando ending.. How can you not call a travel on JJ?

Magic number is now down to 2 for the Nets. Can they please just give us the #1 pick already though?

he came in with a number 1 pick and almost 15 million in capspace...

now we will lose our best player of all time and are cap strapped for the next 3-4 years.

Weird how someone can be so good with one team and so bad with another.

I guess there are simply so many other factors at play.
