Btw, the Lakers beat Boston in game 7 with minute offensive production from Kobe. I can't pass this off as fact, but I'd bet my mortgage that the Cavs lost any and every game in which LeBron shot 25% from the field. Well, upward of 90%.

that whole GAME was minute offensive production Kobe pulled down 15 rebounds in a series that was a rebounding war. Besides, no one is saying that the Lakers, Magic, Celtics don't have good to great teams. We're just saying that the Cavs aren't garbage, even comparatively. Clevleand looked great until Lebron quit. Point blank. 90 games and they looked fine, then he quit. You can say that other people quit, and when we discuss the other players as individuals we can get a tally of who did and didn't quit, but right now we're talking about Lebron and Cleveland has no chance if their team leader quits on them.

The Akron Aeros are going to show the announcement live on their jumbotron during their baseball game tonight. That will either be a brilliant decision, or the game will be suspended, lol. Either way I hope they film it

Ask Mark Cuban how that works.

Regular season success doesn't equal post-season success. Mo Williams isn't a good point guard, Jamison isn't a good power forward, Shaq is 37 and Anthony Parker shouldn't be starting anywhere in the NBA. LeBron carried this team, and when the playoffs rolled around, nobody else was there to show up when he disappeared after the Celtics planned for him.

I'm done arguing that, because no matter how many times I repeat their starting lineup and compare it to other teams of similar regular season success, it just doesn't register to some. LeBron made Cleveland. Without him, they would be a lottery team.

I agree with this post 100%.

Furthermore, he played with someone who was hitting his moms, which has nothing to do with how good his team is or isn't, but I can't imagine you'd mesh well with your team knowing someone on that team was laying the pipe down on your mother.

Hitting clutch shots at key times.

Once again it's not the lost it's how they lost. Jamison ,Mo ,Shaq, Jamario, Parker, and West give them nothing. And Hickson couldnt get in the game.

Fisher was given the chance to hit "big" shots. I'm not calling him a scrub but his team runs an offense that maximizes his limited skill set. They also have collectively been in positions where shots are bigger at times. Mo Williams is more than capable of hitting every shot that Fisher has hit and do alot more throughout the game on the way to that shot. Put Mo on the Lakers and they are immediately a better team before the season even starts.

Hickson couldn't get in the game bc his coach was an idiot. And unless you have 4 spot up shooters and viscous offensive rebounders around LBJ then you're not going to get much of anything from the teammates in a 1-4 set. Imagine putting Wade and Bosh on the Cavs, running a 1-4 and tell Wade to just spot up at the 3 point line and Bosh to move to an open spot 10-15 feet out and wait for Lebron to drive and dish. They'd be better than the cast you mentioned but far from what they truly are.

And as I mentioned, Shaq gave them a lot in the playoffs... and I criticize Shaq more than anybody.

Can Lakers fans please stop justifying your star player almost single-handedly shooting your team out of the game in the first half. It's nauseating. He got 15 boards because Perkins was hurt and Pau drew all the attention. Let's be honest with ourselves. Next please...

I really dont get this whole "LeBron is handling this poorly" regime. He is helping the NBA with this where is he going talk. Millions of people are going to watch this press-conference when people normally pay little attention to free agency.
