It is a fact. The Magics roster minus Dwight Howard is better than Cleveland's roster minus LeBron. Much better, and there's hardly any way you can argue otherwise.Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
Fisher was given the chance to hit "big" shots. I'm not calling him a scrub but his team runs an offense that maximizes his limited skill set. They also have collectively been in positions where shots are bigger at times. Mo Williams is more than capable of hitting every shot that Fisher has hit and do alot more throughout the game on the way to that shot. Put Mo on the Lakers and they are immediately a better team before the season even starts.
Hickson couldn't get in the game bc his coach was an idiot. And unless you have 4 spot up shooters and viscous offensive rebounders around LBJ then you're not going to get much of anything from the teammates in a 1-4 set. Imagine putting Wade and Bosh on the Cavs, running a 1-4 and tell Wade to just spot up at the 3 point line and Bosh to move to an open spot 10-15 feet out and wait for Lebron to drive and dish. They'd be better than the cast you mentioned but far from what they truly are.
And as I mentioned, Shaq gave them a lot in the playoffs... and I criticize Shaq more than anybody.
Fisher isnt a great player but he steps up big when his teams needs it which is more then I can say for Mo Willams.
Shaq was better than I thought he was going to be. But he missed alot of easy baskets he usually make(maybe it was the thumb). You looking at the Chair MAN!
Number may not tell the whole story ,but they never lie either.Comment

Of course because that Cavaliers squad without Lebron is pure trash and would be lucky to win a game. That is what you were originally saying correct?#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
that whole GAME was minute offensive productionKobe pulled down 15 rebounds in a series that was a rebounding war. Besides, no one is saying that the Lakers, Magic, Celtics don't have good to great teams. We're just saying that the Cavs aren't garbage, even comparatively. Clevleand looked great until Lebron quit. Point blank. 90 games and they looked fine, then he quit. You can say that other people quit, and when we discuss the other players as individuals we can get a tally of who did and didn't quit, but right now we're talking about Lebron and Cleveland has no chance if their team leader quits on them.
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, because from my perspective, the Cavs are trash without LeBron.Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
I know people think he's alienated Cleveland even worse, but judging from all the reaction before the "event" was even announced, I don't think it mattered...if he leaves, he's a villain to many, the event would just be an excuse to pile on. If he stays, then he's made a national spectacle of his "loyalty" (term used loosely) and he's fine.
Either way, all eyes are on him. Most of the people I know can't stand Lebron and hate this whole thing...but they'll be watching.Comment

I actually said 30 games(I've noticed you've mastered the art of hyperboles), but yes, the Cavs without LeBron, are trash.Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
We're not allowed to discuss hypotheticals on a basketball forum?
Btw, the Lakers beat Boston in game 7 with minute offensive production from Kobe. I can't pass this off as fact, but I'd bet my mortgage that the Cavs lost any and every game in which LeBron shot 25% from the field. Well, upward of 90%.
And Kobe shot 25% but ended with 23 and 15 which means he contributed a good amount to the final score, on the free throw line, getting key players in foul trouble and in the all important rebounding battle. Not to mention Kobe's presence allowed the others to perform since he was getting double and triple teamed the whole game. A Mike Brown led Cavs team wouldn't win in that situation bc the offense was completely centered around and run through James, so yes, they'd likely lose.
Not sure what sparked your argument there. The Magic are built around Howard. The Celtics took Howard away without double teaming and they lost. I think that's a pretty good example of the issues they'd have if you completely take Howard off the team.Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
I still don't see this happening. This is the self proclaimed "King." Go to NY, bring them three titles. You will be worshipped. Go to Chicago, return them to the glory lands, you'll be worshipped. Bring Cleveland titles, same. The hometown boy turn hero for Cleveland. Do it for Miami, Wade's team, and you'll be known nothing more than Jester of the Court James instead of King James.Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
Because someone said they wouldn't make the playoffs...I never said they would do any significant damage without Dwight in the Playoffs but they are still a playoff team. Regular season basketball is a little different than post season basketball...Comment
