I agree he really wasn't going to win with the Cavs and that roster situation. Not to blame the management, but the cap situation was a mess. I didn't see any way for them to get LeBron a real Robin, who's fault that is, is another discussion.

I don't think he's a coward for leaving to make a super team, I just will look at him in a different light when his career is over.

LeBron has still been the best player in the world since 2008.

and regardless of last year im talking about right NOW. Again, he hasnt been as silly as some of the guys you would call superstars right now. I named a few but it doesnt matter... people look for that thing to do at the moment and run with it because they are bored to death.

Like I said, I dont remember so many folks getting this up in arms when the volume shooter was making commercials about how people hate him because of his first step and crap like that.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he didn't have haters, I figured that was common enough knowledge for me to not have to specifically address that people hated him prior to this just because they were actually haters. But for the most part, LeBron was loved by the majority of the country and basketball fans in every state for the most part.

As for LOLing at Skip, say what you want and laugh all you want people who represent the casual fan watch ESPN and guys like him and people stood up for LeBron everytime Skip criticized him over the years. People talk **** about ESPN but it's where it is for a reason and guys like Bayless and Cowheard continue to have jobs for a reason.

Considering I've only been here since January of 09, no, no I haven't seen some of the posts in the last three years. I'm not saying LeBron didn't have his detractors because every player does. People have actually looked for Durant to fall because of how much love he's getting. It's just naturally going to happen. Like I said in my post, through everything LeBron went through people still loved him. He got criticized sure, as every player does at some point, but he was still overwhelmingly loved. Melo got criticized for his backpeddling fight with the Knicks and getting suspened among other things and people still like Melo, criticism and hate are two different things that you guys are trying to lump into the same bowl.

KG used his leverage to get the T-Wolves to build a better team around him, they did not, so he left. Understandable, since most would agree that KG was loyal to a fault in his time with the T-wolves.

The paper champion, lebron, used his leverage to get the Cavs to build around him, they did, the Cavs were competitive to the tune of best record in the league two years running, yet the paper champ still left, coward. Can you see the difference? Probably not, most lebron fanatics/worshippers can't.

How is the KG situation not almost identical to LeBron's? Neither of them got donated a player on the level of Pau Gasol and LeBron was loyal to the Cavs for 7 great years, used his leverage to get management to build a better team around him as every superstar does, but management didn't, so he left. Of course, part of that is on LeBron, but a lot of it falls on management. It was a two-way street and both sides were at fault.

LeBron had every right to leave, it's just the way he went about it was a joke.

I'm personally pissed that I got to my draft late and couldn't pick up Stat.

This is how everyone is treating Chicago man. Guys are acting like Chicago, New York and other places people are just sitting around talking about only LeBron all this time. We got this Melo/Noah deal going on and how much the Bears suck to deal with. Do guys still hate LeBron here? Yeah they do hate him based on a combination of things.But it's not like we're just sitting around waiting for LeBron to do something to jump on it.

So let me attempt to understand your flawed logic. The team was the best in the league for two years because of the lebron, yet when they get homecourt advantage and lose in the playoffs, as the favorite, it is because of the team? So you are telling me that Lebron does not play for the Cavs in the playoffs? I mean he certainly did not against Boston in game 5 last season, I'll grant you that.

You have got to be kidding me, with this spin on blaming the team (that he hand picked) for lebrons losses but crediting him for the wins. What kind of sense does that make?
