Re: LeBron James Signs With Miami Heat

Lebron james is a coward!! He took the easy road out, while some want to wrap this in a self sacrificing move. Reality, SAS reported where lebron was going over a week ago, how did he know where lebron was going when lebron claimed he decided last night/this morning?

Lebron flat out sold out clvnd against boston in the playoffs this year. It is quite disingenious for anyone to attempt to claim that clvnd did not have enough to win. Lebron did not give enough to win. Look at reruns of that series against boston.

Lastly, King? whatevah. The word king should never be associated with this court jester ever again. I said this from day one about this cat, king of what? Don't claim to be a king, act like a coward, then question why people accuse you of taking the easy way out.

Bottomline, when the heat got to hot, he joined the Heat. Coward!

Why even have 30 teams when most of them have no shot at keeping any of the good players the do get? It's like the friggin' MLB.

      It makes me sick.
Again, since 2000 the Lakers and Spurs have won 8 of the last 11 championships. The 10 years before that the Bulls won 6, the Pistons won 2, and the Rockets won 2. The same teams have been winning championships for awhile now and if anything, this has changed who will be up for championships in the near future.

This is going to get dirty.

LeBron's dirty laundry that would have aired in NY or any other big market is going to come out.

Dan Gilbert is going to make a lot of enemies...but he's going to seal himself in Cavaliers Lore.'

I'd be lying if I didn't say this is awesome. First gasp of passion in the NBA in ages.

Pretty sure I ain't NY fan. These dudes just ran the biggest con game on us in the history of team sports and it all stemmed from playing together on the US National team. Bron is in Melo's wedding this weekend, you think he wasn't in on the pact with Bosh and Wade? They been plottin this for the last two, three years and it's disgusting really. Switching to number 6 cause he feels 23 should be honor. It didn't show what it meant then, but it's pretty clear now. Foreshadowing.

First Miami @ Cleveland game next year is probably going to be the most hyped non-championship game in recent sports history. They're gonna need armed guards on the sidelines...

Crazy letter, but its stupid anyway. I'd venture to say that the entire city of Cleveland wont win a thing before LeBron's career is over, let alone winning an NBA ring before LeBron wins one.

For the record, I don't think Miami is anywhere NEAR equipped to win a ring.

Tim Duncan started his career with a hall of famer and they had a much better team than the Cavs.
I actual still like LeBron, or at least his game. But he's proven to be an egotastical ******* that puts his feelings, wants and desires above all others. Yet, who can blame him when people have enabled him since the age of 14? The sad fact is that in a lot of ways Dan Gilbert, the Cavaliers organization and the city of Cleveland should've seen this sort of scenario happening. It's all about LeBron and **** everyone else, IMO.

Yeah, a HOF'er that many considered a "softie" and choker. Duncan was the catalyst for all of those title runs and he never ran off to "greener" pastures.

Whats so great about it? Comes off like he is very bitter. This happens in all sports, Lebrons situation is nothing unique. Prior to him going to Cleveland, no one cared about the Cavs...and now because of Lebron, the Cavs are known world wide. Hell, coverstory on websites around the globe are about Lebron at this very minute and for the past 7 years, Cleveland has ridden his coattails to the NBA finals and a huge economic boom for that area.

Lebron moved on... pro athletes do it all the time. This was news worthy across the freaking planet, of course the media would do everything it could to generate more and more revenue. Its Lebrons life, not ours. Let him do what he wants, he owes none of us anything.

I'm hoping the Cavs stink it up in the cellar of the East as long as they're under Gilbert's ownership. Out of this whole fiasco, my opinion regarding LeBron hasn't changed at all. My opinion about the Cavaliers, Cleveland, Cleveland's fans, and NBA fans in general have changed a lot, however.

I hope whoever gets cut by the Cavs writes a letter to Gilbert about disloyalty.

I don't think he would have been as bitter if he did it like a grown man and not like some little boy. Announce you're leaving Cleveland and where. Don't make a circus out of it. Don't make a joke out of it.

SVG was 100% in what he said this whole time about LBJ. I can't wait to hear what he says about this signing.
