It's borderline sad. But hey, he's the millionaire, not me.
Im with you brother! It looked like 3 kids on stage. LBJ has really shown its all about himself in past few days. Cleveland didnt deserve this. Id give my left nut to be able to win a championship to Cleveland.

Can you imagine walking through your hometown, and the feeling of knowing YOU brought the fans there first championship? Best part is you shared your sucess with the people that supported you from high school on. We still look up to the 80's Browns, imagine if they had a won a super bowl, lol

          Does this border on tampering:

Turns out, some members of the Heat family had more than an inkling that James was coming long before that show.

"I knew this was going to evolve a while ago," Heat executive Alonzo Mourning (FSY) said Friday. "We knew a long time ago. We did our due diligence on our recruiting trip, and we had a good feeling about this. When we came back, we knew that it pretty much was going to evolve in our favor."

No. They spoke to the free agents just as any team could. Zo having a good feeling about it is irrelevant. The Bulls also said they had a good feeling about it.

Honestly, its really just a game when all is said and done, but going after someone's family is completely off limits here.

Actually its kind of funny, but some people are more sensitive then others.

The question I have is why? What goes through your head as a mom, or a teamate to do this. Crazy stuff.

Damn, I just saw ESPN PTI week in review, and even Dan LeBatard said Miami as a sport city doesn't deserve this and he feels bad for Cleveland.

Person I feel the worst for, whoever is the college scout for the Heat. That's a job that Miami won't require for the next 7 years.

The gay stuff / Delonte and his Mum etc probably isn't needed at the moment.

Lose respect the man for how he did it? Hell yeah.

But family and personal stuff should be kept out of it IMO.
I agree. I think most of the hate is coming from fans of the teams that had a shot at LeBron but didn't get him, your typical LBJ haters (every player has them) and people from Cleveland (rightfully so).

I'm just kind of surprised that the Heat have become THE team to hate. Aside from LeBron doing what he did -- which was ripping out the heart of an entire city on national effing TV....a total bitch move -- they are all generally good guys who all had a right to leave their teams. Back when Wade and Bosh had horrible teams and LeBron had a decent team, they were fan favorites. Now that they've decided to fix that on their own, they're suddenly one of the most hated sports teams.

And all the "legacy" talk kind of annoys me as well. No one can predict these things, so why bother saying things like "LeBron will never be as good as Kobe/Jordan because he wouldn't join a super-team". Even ruling him out of ever having a chance at being one of the greatest players ever is overreaction IMO. This team hasn't played yet, we have no idea what type of role LeBron will play. When KG joined the Celtics and changed the entire culture of that team, did it ever ruin his legacy because he needed to join Paul Pierce's team to win a chip?

I agree with him because they don't. Miami has some of the most fair-weather fans in the league. I won't forget all those empty seats, even while they had just Dwyane Wade. Now all of a sudden it's going to be a sell-out every game because a bunch of bandwagoning a-holes finally decide to show up and "support" their team.

Just last year in their series with the Celtics, the place was half full. What a joke.
