The point was if it's such a sure deal they're signing with Miami why should these teams try to set up meetings with them to be disappointed? Sure in 2010 nobody knew but now why even try? Don't be still mad about Wade making it seem like he was going to Chicago in 2010

To be fair, it's the team's job to try to make their teams better. They have to go down all avenues especially when it involves top players. They don't know what the player's motives are when/if they visit.

There's definitely a power play going on between Lebron and his group vs Pat Riley here. Who'd think that all 3 of the Big Three would opt out?! Obviously all three aren't going to leave but a lot of it really depends on what happens with Lebron. I just hope this doesn't turn into too much of a media circus (yeah right!) and we don't have "The Decision Part Deux".

Teams send reps to talk to players. Some teams go to where the player is at 12:01 am to start talks before anyone else.
