I called it last year, he's going to be an up and down type player for the rest of his career.

A few nights he'll give you 20 and 10, followed by a few nights of 12 and 8.

I peg him as a 15/16 and 9/8 guy for the rest of his career.

I'm still not a fan of the effor that JJ puts out, night in and night out. It's his work ethic that I don't like. HM doesn't care for him either in the same regard. Not that we don't like him as a player, but the fact that he has the talent to be a big time player, but the work ethic of a role player.

I'm glad he's showing some talent out there. I knew he had it all along, but you have to work in order to produce, and that's what he hasn't really been interested in.

I don't know if it's work ethic, I think it's a mix of mental lapses and lack of coaching.

I know one thing, he needs to fix that terrible habit of traveling because he forgets which foot is his pivot foot.

Steve Blake and Matt Barnes have become instant fan favorites.

I've always liked them both though, perfect bench guys who know their roles and stay hungry.

Both guys have adapted to the triangle as well as you could expect, and both guys are doing exactly what they were brought in to do.

Steve Blake and Shannon Brown are not gonna let Sasha get on the floor this year, and it's a bittersweet thing. On one hand I consider Sasha a Laker through and through, so it's sad to not see him get to contribute [ala Luke Walton], on the other hand Blake and Brown look so solid that Sasha is a mere after thought.

As far as Ebanks, haha you're real late on the Ariza thing

That boy has a chance to become a nice bench piece as this Laker team winds down in two or three years.

Haha dude I was thinking that the first time I saw him out there. I'm like...'I thought he was in NO?' Thought I was the only one that saw that.

Since New Jersey got their first win against the Bobcats last year, hopefully the Bobcats can get their first win against New Jersey this year.

Lord knows we haven't had a true PG since Rod Strickland, u can throw Daniels in there u want.
Yup i prefer to watch these speedy PG play then many other players in the NBA

But yeah superstar not yet, it still took time for the other star PG in the league to gain their popularity/superstar status

I'd be ashamed of the fans if I played on that team. LBJ isn't used to it, and I know that's not why he went there... but wow.
Agreed completely. I would rather those three were in Chicago or New York because those fans would have been going crazy. Wade was putting on a show, Lebron passing to everyone....real fans would have loved the show they put on. I watched that game thinking how pathetic Miami's fans were the whole time.

Also Bosh missed so many inside open shots. But he did drain that mid range shot. Is he really anything more than Charles SMith?

Indiana looks like bleh. Paul George has negative basketball intelligence. Just got schooled twice by Jrue Holiday on the baseline....

Glad to see the Sixers arena is now called the Wells Fargo Center....maybe it will get foreclosed on. About 2,000 people there tonight.

Why doesn't Collison ever use the glass? He just cost himself two layups.

Indiana just played the worst half of NBA basketball I have seen in a long time. Doug Collins owns them.

I wish that I was 7'0. I think anyone that tall can play in the NBA.

                                Exhibit A: DeSagana Diop
