I think OKC has been over hyped this year. They're a really good team ,but they arent sneaking up on teams anymore. It's hard to play at the level Durant did last year night in night out ever season.

He probably did knowing him. Fortunately my ESPN radio affiliate plays a local show during his time slot so the only time I hear him is the occasional off day for that show and when I watch Sportsnation cause Beadle is awesome lol. But yeah, I don't know who's the bigger idiot, Cowherd or Skip Bayless.Comment

SMFH at the Pistons. From a perennial ECF team to this. 5 games in and players are already tuning out the coach.http://www.mlive.com/pistons/index.s...y_stuckey.html
With Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford shooting free throws early in the third quarter, Detroit Pistons coach John Kuester attempted to get Rodney Stuckey's attention by calling out his name. Stuckey didn't flinch.
Kuester got up and called out twice more, a little louder in case his point guard didn't hear him the first time. Stuckey continued to look straight ahead, appearing to ignore his coach's summoning.
Not willing to tolerate the apparent insubordination, Kuester subbed Stuckey out and glued him to the bench for the remainder of the game. As the situation was unfolding, Tayshaun Prince and Ben Gordon looked on, shaking their heads in disappointment. Whether they were upset at Stuckey, Kuester or both remains unclear.
With backup point guard Will Bynum already out with injury, Prince and Tracy McGrady were the primary ball handlers the rest of the game.
This latest incident comes just one night after Stuckey and Kuester got into a heated argument during a timeout. After the game, Kuester questioned his team's effort and leadership during the post-game press conference. Considering Stuckey boldly stated his intent to step up as a leader when training camp began, one can safely assume the comments were at least partially directed at him.
After losing to the Hawks, the Pistons are off to an 0-5 start, their worst since 1980. The team has a plethora of problems, and they can hardly afford to add a feud between the starting point guard and the head coach to the list.
If Stuckey wants to be a leader on this team, he cannot act this way. He needs to have a sit down with Kuester immediately, talk out the problem(s) and start conforming to his coach's expectations for him as a player. That's what leaders do.
I think it's time to say peace to Dumars. I mean did anyone ever say that signing Gordon and Charlie V to those massive deals was a good idea? Not to mention the Chauncey trade, the way he's jerked Rip around (pause), and I'm sure other great moves I'm forgetting.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. I don't mind Cowherd at all. I think he drives a lot of east coast & mid west guys crazy when he does the lifestyle comparisons between them and us over here on the west coast (L.A.) lol.
Skip Bayless however, I've been hating that guy for almost two decades.Comment

What I found about Durant is that he said he's overrated and he's more of a scorer than a leader, which I mean, is right to a point. He's a top 3 scorer in the NBA. He's a very good lead by example kinda guy, but I think even Durant said Westbrook is the leader of the team. And I didn't see Cowherd's actual words, that was just based on what the Thunder fans said about him.NFL: Bills

I don't want to see JoeD go. It's only been a couple down years after building an eastern power for nearly a decade. Rebuilding JUST started, he needs more time to get this straightened out and I figure once the sale of the team to Illitch is finalized we'll see things start to happen.SMFH at the Pistons.
