The Suns have been very successful in a difficult conference. By trading their best player they are basically giving up on the next few years. Not to mention the fact that Nash has been loyal and should be allowed to retire there.
Right now Goran Dragic is better than Nash. No doubt in my mind. Mostly because of the defensive end (Dragic isn't good or great but Nash is a detriment on defense).

If you watched the Suns loss against the Spurs at home it was only because Nash couldn't make a shot and got abused by Parker on the offensive end. Nash has not been very good this season at all. His production has taken a nose dive. I think he and Amare really needed each other, Nash moreso than Amare.

Anyways the Suns need a scorer at the point guard position to close games. Nash has failed at the start of this season. Ask him if he wouldn't mind a trade to an Eastern Conference team and see what you can get. If he doesn't want to get traded I agree he should be able to stay. I don't think he would mind playing less than 30 minutes a night. But Dragic is the Suns hope for the future with Lopez, Clark and the fairly young Dudly, Warrick, Childress and Fry.

Do you really think Dudley, Lopez, Warrick, Childress, and Frye would be better off with Dragic setting them up than Nash? If you wanna develop some young players Nash is the perfect guy to set them up with. As a Knick fan I would love to have Nash. Gallo's numbers would skyrocket.

It's been 4 games lol. Nash is much more capable of taking over a game as a scorer then anyone else on that team.

This Bulls lineup blows. Watson, Korver, Johnson, Scalabrine, Asik

Those deals aren't really that bad when you look at the money that got thrown around this year. CharlieV is making similar money to Amir Johnson.

But still, at the time it looked smart to pick up a scoring big to replace Rasheed, and also land the top available FA (gordon) instead of saving up for a disappointing summer of 2010. Basically he signed the top 2 FA in that class, with the intention of trading Rip. Problem was, everyone got hurt, especially Hamilton, and JoeD wasn't able to unload him or anyone else. Now we're stuck in a major transition but there are still hopes for the future with guys like Daye, Monroe, BG, Stuck, and Jerebko.

Hopefully Gallo can carry this forward.

He had the same kind of funk last year and then went ballistic.

This is the only part of the game I saw lol. I'm swamped with school work so on my way down to the study room I walked through the TV room as this was happening. I guess you can say I saw the best 5 seconds of the night lol

Teams are playing Nash a lot different without Amare. Those young guys don't need Nash to get them shots. They need someone to score at the end of the game and defend the other PG.

A Nash trade will probably come towards the end of this year or next. I think it is inevitable. He will be treated right though. They won't trade him to Detroit, Minnesota or some other project team.

And that's just a poor choice by Rose. Noah calling for it with the Felton mismatch. Got to give him the ball but instead they get a 3 second.

Big adjustments need to be made during half time. Defensive rotations are poor and so is the boxing out.

Although Minnesota would probably throw their next 10 draft picks at him as they're trying to put a all PG and SF team.
