It's early...

but you get the feelings of 2007 Warrior/Mavs with this series already.

That year it just seemed like Dallas could not shake the Warriors and the Warriors wanted it more. When those games shifted to Golden State the crowd was too much to overcome.

Los Angeles needs to get it together. You really don't want to turn this into a harder series than it needs to be. Right now New Orleans is hanging around far too long in a game the Lakers probably need to have.


BTW they are busting Pau's balls pretty bad tonight...

that team was 4-0 against the Mavs during the regular season, and had a coach who basically built his opponent and brought in their best players in Don Nelson...opposing a rookie coach in Avery who was playing checkers against chess and was completely in over his head

that was a perfect storm, it's not very similar

The zebras are not going to let us have this one. There was a stretch where the Lakers got calls on both ends like 4 or 5 positions in a row.
