What I mean is that the ball has to move. You can agree that when the ball is moving around the Lakers are at their best. It's when the ball stops moving on the outside. And Kobe gets it and isolates. I've said it a few times now. The way the triangle works you can get easy looks when the ball goes down low. But once someone isolates from a guard postion (or small forward) the ball stops moving.
Oh yeah, I wasn't trying to say it's best when Kobe's jacking. I was just saying I think that that stat that they always show on ESPN is a bit misleading.

Gonna take a great shooting night for Dallas to have a chance. Definitely don't see the refs being as tight as they were the first two games up in Portland. Hopefully Dirk will start shooting his normal 52% the entire game and not just the 4th quarter. Ultimately I think for Dallas to win Terry and Marion shoot at least their season averages. I don't see Kidd raining Js all game again, actually, no one sees that happening again.

Yeah like it was posted earlier moral victories blow, but it's a loss i'm willing to take considering our defense was still solid(Lamar destroys any matchup against us so that one doesn't count lol) and we were really sloppy considering the TOs and missed FTs

Wasn't expecting the same performance from game 1 TO wise, but it was just careless mistakes over and over at points with the ball. CP3 not dominating the ball on Offense as much as he did in game 1 contributed to that.

Not for nothing, but the Lakers turned the ball over just as much. They played like crap too lol so if you're thinking that if the Hornets just play better then they'll win, I wouldn't get too excited.

There was a time during game 2 late in the 3rd where the Hornets run was ended by one-sided officiating. We make 50% of our missed FT's and where talking about it being a completely different ending.

While the Lakers did not play great by any stretch, there is reason to be optimistic for us Hornets fans. This lost still hurt and I felt we had to get it to win the series. Oh well hopefully we can get both home games.

Glad somebody else posted that quote before I got a chance to

That being said, I'm glad that series is headed to NO as I finally will have the chance to catch a game. I can't do these 10:30 starts anymore like I used

Nuggets guard J.R. Smith, who played just six minutes in Wednesday night's Game 2, said there's a "strong possibility" he won't sign with the Nuggets this summer as a free agent, expressing frustration Thursday after the Nuggets went down 0-2 against Oklahoma City in the playoffs.

"There's a strong possibility as of right now," Smith said. "It's not going the way I planned it to go. It's a tough situation. I want to be here, I love the fans and everything about the city. It's just maybe not my fit."

The Nuggets had a team meeting on Thursday and Smith said the team didn't have "a pulse" as they regrouped at Pepsi Center.

"Just frustration, just really didn't have any life in there," Smith said. "No one was really into it."

Smith said he didn't get an explanation for why he played so few minutes (he went 1-for-6 from the field and was minus-17, causing coach George Karl to say that the "floodgates opened" when Smith was on the court).

"I'm not worried about my shots," Smith said. "That's one of the things I was here for, I thought. If they ask me to play, I'll play. If not, I'll just cheer for my teammates."

Asked about the floodgates quote, Smith said, "I don't read the quotes any more. I don't even want to get into that. If he asks me to play, I'll play, if not, I won't. It's kind of getting ridiculous."

SMH JR. So much for "behind closed doors".

He does have a legit gripe but why bring that **** up when your team is down 0-2 in the playoffs?

I'm aware, but what i'm saying is for not having a chance in the world supposedly and still playing terrible we were in it for most of the game.
