that's 3 terrible calls that have went the Lakers way in the first 8 minutes of the game alone. I hate to get into conspiracy theories but it makes you wonder.

After 1 QTR:

Paul well on his way to a double double by halftime

Kobe playing tentative and looking pissed off on the bench.

Refs calling a lot of touchy fouls

Gasol still playing like a girl

New Orleans is shooting lights out... not sure how long that's going to last though.

I'm expecting the LA run though next quarter, hope the Hornets got something in the reserves to get this one to the fourth quarter where they can make a final push for the win.

Of course they will.

Just hard to watch a game in the first five to six minutes were you see about four **** calls, going one way. I have other things to do.

If it ends up being a classic I will watch it on NBA TV.
