Dang, I actually thought it could have been called a flagrant. Today's NBA is so soft that the play could have easily been a flagrant.

True in today's NBA it could have been a flagrant but I think since he was going for the ball they let it go.

We've been in this situation before and the only team to win a home game against us to force a game 7 was houston in 09. Then we proceeded to beat Denver in game 6 at Den, when everybody said the same thing "Den plays great at home and has given the lakers all they can handle". We followed that by closing ORL out on the road to win the title.

Last year everybody said OKC would win game 6 at home and force a game 7 with the same words and we closed it out game 6. The Utah series was a sweep so not counting that. Then in the WCF against Phoenix, everybody once again predicted a game 6 win for them at home and we closed that out in game 6 as well.

Now can NO win game 6 and force a game 7? Absolutely they can but I don't see it happening.

I clearly don't recall "everyone" saying OKC would win game 6 same thing with PHX.

I'm not sure where you go that from.

I'm just talking about this particular series. Just the vibe I get from the team. Reminds me of the Houston series that went 7. Only because Houston was missing a star and had a great fanbase. Undersized bigs but scrappy bigs. PG killing. Lowry/Brooks = CP3

This series has nothing to do with past ones. Nothing. Completely different. If it doesn't go 7 big deal. It's just a feeling I have.
yeah they did. most predicted that to go 7 with quite a few picking denver because the lakers barely got past houston.

Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.

You know when you say it like that it makes it seem like it didn't come down to a blown boxout at all. If people said they couldn't go in and win on the road in game 6 (which they didn't) then they were pretty much right by like an inch. Give them credit for making the play no doubt, but you're stating it like they just stormed into OKC and kicked the Thunder in the backside and shut them down in they're own house. If that's not the intent of your post (which I doubt it is) cool, just letting you know that's how that post comes off. I really hope that kind of arrogance can get quieted up though this year. Too many Laker fans have that approach about them and I'd love to see them get knocked down a peg or two.

How do you guys think, on the assumption the Grizzlies beat SA, would fare against OKC?

Also, another question: lets say it was Dallas, LA, Memphis and OKC in the semis...Would you see yourself or perhaps others rooting for the Grizzlies? From an outsiders point of view, are they a likeable/rootable team?
I don't know, man. Personally, I am cheering for OKC out of the West.

I'd imagine they would get a nice following and be the sentimental favorite by anyone not in LA (or whomever else made it to the WCF) or Seattle.

That's fine if you guys think that but until I see posts saying that I'm not gonna believe you hahaha.

Anyway that's a pointless discussion that doesn't matter

He must have gotten them from Finley before he left.

Some of Nene dunks are just so enjoyable to watch. He has had at least 4 or 5 of those type dunks in this series.

Terrible call right there, felton had no room.

                              Decent start by Denver though.
