I said to WATCH from 83-80 and on. Don't look at the game story. Big Baby went up for a layup on two consecutive possessions and there was a lot of contact, but no call. Then, Wade goes up for a fadeaway jumper and gets a phantom foul which became Ray Allen's 4th personal. And you all remember the LeBron putback dunk where he was flicked and got an and-1.

I'm not blaming the refs for the loss, but they played a hand in it for sure. Everytime we cut it close they would send Miami to the line and kill our momentum. We definitely have to play better, no question. I'm not blaming the refs for the game 1 loss, and I am not blaming the refs for game 2, but you've got to be blind if you think they didn't help Miami.



I don't even know why I write about the Celtics anymore. You see me complaining about the refs and immediately reject what I say. Go watch the film and get back to me. smh

Probably because Celtic Fans have no right bitching about Officiating just like Laker Fans have no right bitching about Officiating.

^ I thought the same thing when I was watching the game. I'm not blaming the refs either but if you call one at one end.. you gotta do the same at the other.

Also, of All the teams that Needed the rest Boston needed it the most IMO. Boston's Big 3 Has to step up.

I also think they need to play Green a lil more in Game 3. He finally showed up last game but I think he can create match-up problems for the Heat.

Green can score but cannot defend. Big Baby is still a black hole and JO should be playing instead of him at the end of the game.

I agree that the refs were very inconsistent down the stretch. They were some odd no-calls. There were some touch fouls called on Boston as well.

Miami deserved to win though. I just thought the final minutes were badly officiated.

celtics win- refs did great
celtics lose- refs are inconsistent and trying to give the other team he game.

You realize I rarely complain about officiating. I did not come in here once during the regular season to complain about officiating. I also did not complain about officiating after game 1. So, if the Celtics lose, I do not automatically blame the refs.

It actually doesn't answer anything.
