While this is definitely true (obviously if I give heed to it no one listens) the Celtics need to play better.

But to comment on what this dude is saying, if you watch from the point where it was 83-80, the refs literally gave Miami the game. I will not summarize what happened because you can see for yourself.

In short, if you breath on LeBron or D Wade it is a foul. The Celtics need to get hit by a truck to get a call.

Rondo flopped on that play. Forget about the calls or non calls. It goes both ways. Even if it was a few calls. That doesn't warrant excuses why boston got out played physically and athletically. Even Doc ramped about how they wern't executing and not making the extra passes. Boston needs to know that thier offense is based on fundamentals, not thier athletic ability.

Refreshing to hear this from a Boston fan. Kudos for that.

Bottom line is the Celtics played a lifeless brand of basketball throughout this series and it shows. They need to get excited about something or they can start planning vacations come Monday night.

I cant forget about the calls because it ruined what could have been a competitive 4th quarter. Boston was working extremely hard and not getting any calls but everytime Lebron or Wade stepped foot in the paint the whistler was blown. Im sure that it may seem that way to me now but watching both games of this series so far, refs have controlled the game in the 4th quarter.

The Celtics at the end of the day didn't play well. To sit here and blame the refs for both lost is crazy.

Are we talking about this swing when they tied the game at 80?

Like a member posted the other day it seems like the cool thing to do these days is to blame the refs after every lost. Boston just got outplayed last night and if they play like that 2 more games people might as well start blaming the refs now because they are not gonna win the series.

Boston will be ok. They just need some home cooking, and to remember why they have been one of the best teams of the last few years.

                            Mobutu.

But yeah, I expect Boston to come out firing at home. Series isn't over yet.

As for Miami possibly getting to the Finals even though it's basically just the Wade/James show. These guys are used to carrying corpses a long way. LeBron has been a little more successful doing it than Wade, but Wade still carried those Miami teams the last 2 seasons to the playoffs and a solid regular season record.

                              not overeacting to these loses...

                              but we will see.

I wouldnt blame the refs for the loss at all, but I would say that I heard a ton of whistles in the 4th which is a little aggitating

That said, watching KG pass up a wide open jumper to throw a cross court pass that was picked off by Mike Bibby is the reason they loss

...not that one play, but several like it...they even showed Doc on the sideline yelling good job when the Cs made a play and he said "thats how it works, when you do the simple way"

That tells me these guys weren't playing the way they should have been and as I said, Ray Allen with 7 points and Glen Davis taking more shots in the 4th than KG wont win you any games
