Caron's my man but I don't think he "earned" that ring per se. Like Ex said, overall he didn't do much to contribute to it.

Hell, it's like with Ryan Grant and Jermichael Finley of the Packers because both of them got hurt in the first 5 weeks of the year and I don't think they earned a ring or even helped up get there and they'll tell you themselves.

But if we're going to start handing out rings to dudes who made no contributions at all, then Mark Madsen is the greatest contributor of all time on AND off the court.

Lol, would have been funny to watch this

BEAUMONT, Texas -- Authorities have charged Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kendrick Perkins with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and public intoxication after an altercation early Saturday morning in South Texas.

A statement from police in Beaumont, Texas, said officers saw a large crowd outside The Ticket night club just after 2 a.m., and received complaints of fights and pepper spray inside.

An officer saw about 50 people inside around Perkins, who police said was attempting to fight the club's manager. The statement said the crowd pushed Perkins out the back door of the club, where he continued to yell obscenities and start other fights.

Why the hell would you go to Beaumont, TX. They were probably like, we've already had 3 tall black dudes that won a championship in here. Three's our limit , get the hell out.

Looks like Capt Jack was there too? Lol

KFDM has confirmed that NBA stars Kendrick Perkins and Stephen Jackson were arrested in Beaumont early Saturday morning. The two were booked into the Jefferson County jail around 4:00a.m. on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. ....The arrest comes after Perkins reportedly had an accident at Stephen Jackson's home in Port Arthur late Thursday night

That's crazy from what I'm reading that's 2 in 2 hours. That's like crazy lol. Good thing they had a basketball camp going on I woulda lost respect for them. Ain't that some Bull****. Don't taze me bro!
Seriously Perkins may have had a seizure and collapsed according to F.D. reports. I just watched a Hank Gathers 30 for 30 today, hopefully everything ends good healthfully for him.

More signs of Rondo being a little bitch

Rondo and some other Celtics got the chance to hang out with Obama earlier this year, and in a recently-released excerpt from his upcoming book Shaq Uncut, written with Jackie MacMullan, Shaq details how one line from the encounter (might have) impacted his teammate:

In early March some of the guys went to the museum of Fine Arts for a fund-raiser and got to hang with President Barack Obama. Everyone was a little bit in awe. The President turns to Ray, points at Rondo, and says, “Hey, Ray, why don’t you teach this kid how to shoot?”Everyone starts laughing.

KG told me he saw the look on Rondo’s face and the kid was devastated, embarrassed. Dissed by the President, even though I’m sure Obama didn’t mean any harm. Rondo smiled and went along with all of it, but KG told me he could see it in his eyes. It bothered Rondo. It killed him.

The next day Rondo shot the ball horribly. He stopped taking shots after that. He’s so sensitive. I think it was a real jolt to hear the outside perception of a basketball fan who happens to be the President of the United States. It messed with his mind. I’m sure of it.

Man, fans should eat him alive in road games.

If I were the wizards, I'd pay for the President to be in the front row of every Celtics game, jeering Rondo.

This is why I argued against how important they (Rondo specifically) were making Perkins trade out to be. Defense loss? Sure. Slight blow to chemistry? Probably. Enough to derail a championship quality team? Only if your starting point guard is about as sensitive as a girl on Glee. Grow a pair, Rajon... and work on your shot. Maybe it hurts so much because it's true.

Maybe the Perkins trade took such a toll on him because now he has to find someone else to buy his tampons for him.
