He basically makes it sound like this is probably going to happen... thinks good news will come out later today. I did not hear him say they HAVE a deal done -- just that it's very positive right now.

edit: don't believe any tweets, Checketts is in damage control now for breaking the story first, THE DEAL IS DONE, it's even confirmed by players such as Stephen Curry.. the only logistics left being discussed is Press Conference logistics
